I bought this a couple of weeks ago and have just unpacked it. I am amazed by the design, the accessories and of course the "Neat" ...ness of the product !! It is so well designed and the build quality for the price is amazing ! So easy to use !

I LOVE this company! And this product. The Dupray steamer really shifted the way I clean my house and I know I have a much cleaner home because of it. When I accidentally left it on all night and it leaked, they honored the warranty and sent me a new machine. Not too many companies in this day and age that have such integrity. It was my error that caused the disfunction. The tune around was super fast and Tayah was THE BEST person to work with. I will be purchasing these steamers as weeding gifts, for sure.

I purchased this about 3 years ago to clean smoke stains off of walls and cabinetry. Worked amazingly well! I now use it on my white tile floors (3 dogs in the house) and bathrooms. This is the 4th product I've tried on our floors and the only one that actually cleans them!

Purchased NEAT steam cleaner recently, online, direct from the company. This unit is: c'est magnifique! I am so delighted with this acquisition. I don't know who designed/invented this product, but, it is sheer genius, I simply love every aspect; the durability, design, lightweight but most of all the performance. Makes my upholstery look like new amongst other things. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. NO complaint here, just a thank you for putting out such a great product which is so easy to use, plus great for the environment.

Bought this on sale. I wasn't fully committed to the purchase, because I couldn't imagine it would be as useful as it appeared to be in the description. I've had numerous steam cleaners in the past that have been fine, did their job, but nothing great. I have to say, this steam cleaner is absolutely fantastic. I am beyond happy with it. I've used it on hard wood floors, porcelain tile, my sofa, and a window so far. It is amazing. Easy to use and cleans like nothing I've used before. So glad I bought it. One of my best purchases in a long time. It deserves more than 5 stars in my opinion.

The appliance lasted only three years before failing completely. During my troubleshooting test, the resistance reading was 0 ohms—indicating a short circuit—so I disassembled it, only to discover that the boiler had oxidized heavily, with a clear hole right where the heating element sat.

Love it for the most part. Would be helpful if there was a water guage on it to indicate how much water is left so as not to overfill.

Perfect and powerful little unit. I have a larger Dupray steamer, but rarely pull it out as this one tackles the toughest cleaning tasks. Love it.

I love my NEAT Steam Cleaner! I recommend it and I am buying another one as a wedding gift for someone else.

I have only used the machine for a few tasks so far, and it works great.Looking forward to more jobs to tackle.
