I just got this today and did a relatively small area of my shower and good god. I didn’t know the grout could get that clean, that’s exactly what I bought it for, but now I’m looking around excited to try it on the walls, the oven, the floors there are just so many applications for this thing. I will need more scrub heads, but I’m not bummed out about it. Buy it. Shut up and buy it.

Bought this a month ago and I can’t believe how much dirt comes off supposedly clean floors with this machine!!! Now we are constantly looking for a new thing to clean as it literally restores your tiles, floors, windows back to new condition. My mom is already looking to borrow it but little does she know one is coming for her on her birthday!! Great product

I use this for everything. Baseboards, doors, Stairs, tile floors, glass, windows, front load washer, bathrooms, bouncehouse, you name it. I also have an outdoor vertical garden that can be difficult to clean and sanitize after a growing season. I knocked it out in half the time using the Dupray. The major selling point was how much water it stores before you have to refill. Highly recommend.

I've had this steam mop for about 2/3 years now and have always had great results with it. I love the feeling of a nice clean home and knowing that's its actually cleaned. I use this steam mop for almost everything as it comes with so many attachments to be able to do this. I'm very happy with my purchase and definitely recommend this steam mop to everyone!

I bought this within the last two weeks with the biggest appeal being something that can clean my electric oven, which is 6 years old and is used a few times per week. It's not disgusting on the inside, but definitely has some built up grime from the years. I tried it both on the oven racks and the interior walls and door of the oven. I kept drying different angles, with and without the brush etc but the grime remained. I put some commercial cleaner and scrubbed it and it came up, but I was disappointed the Neat steam cleaner wasn't much help. The video they show to advertise the product on the page of the oven being clean in one swipe? Wasn't my reality.

I love my steamer! It’s great for sanitizing, cleaning grout, lifting sticky spills in the fridge, cleaning floors, and more. It’s a very versatile device that comes with lots of attachments, making it a worthwhile investment. I also use my steamer on my curtains, comforter, leather couch, and upholstery. For those who dislike using cleaning chemicals, this is a very good option.

THIS NEAT MACHINE HAS CHANGED MY LIFE. I have arthritis, my joints ache and scrubbing is painful. The Neat steamer is exactly what I was looking for. Initially didn’t buy for cleaning - this started from a trip in which we found 1 bedbug at the location, so returning home we bagged and left everything in the hot sun. I needed a powerful, good capacity, super hot steamer - I had already returned a few handheld steamers not able to bring on the heat that take over 130 degrees to annihilate these parasites! Neat boasts 275 degrees and right on! It works and is PRECISELY what I was looking with multi-functional tools that I could use for different purposes. It’s left my windows glistening, steamed the built on grease off of my appliances WITH LITTLE EFFORT and no more scrubbing for folks that have arthritis! Thanks for making my life so much easier for necessary tasks that are no longer painful.

I am astounded by this steam cleaner. I got it the other day and have cleaned EVERYTHING in my kitchen and I'm starting on my bathroom today. Easy to fill, set up and use, this will pay for itself over and over. The main reason I got the Neat is the lifetime boiler warranty. I haven't been this pleased with a purchase in a long time or this excited to clean EVER!.

I absolutely love this machine, I use it several times a week steam cleaning my tile floors, also has an attachment which is great to clean the grout.. It took the old wallpaper off in my bathroom and bedroom so quickly and easily. I use it to clean the walls and baseboards. What my son does with the machine is amazing, I burnt my carpet with a electrical cord twice and not in a corner, I was just sick thinking I would have to replace the carpet, my son worked with the machine and got the burn marks out, unbelievable. I bought both my granddaughters one for a Christmas gift, they love it too! This is my second machine, I worn the first one out after years of use, no regrets owed me nothing, always does a Great Job!
