I ordered the Neat steam cleaner last year. I really liked how quickly it came. I really liked all the accessories. I really really liked how it transformed hard-to-clean areas in my home. I did not, however, know how much I loved this until today when I noticed a little leak coming out the bottom. I logged onto the chat help on this website and had the ENTIRE problem resolved in under an hour. By which I mean I had trouble-shot with the profoundly helpful, competent and cheerful Michel D (with an assist from Carlos), Michel was able to see my warranty, find my phone number, consult with technicians, call me in person and send me all the packing labels I needed to return the project IN LESS THAN ONE HOUR with zero seconds spent on hold. Sure, in a perfect world nothing would ever, ever break, or fall apart, or go wrong. In the current reality we inhabit stuff is always succumbing to gravity or inertia. The best any reputable company can do is offer customer service but so few of them do. This company made what could have been a minor disaster for me into an easy chore that got crossed off the to-do list in record time. Buy it! you won't regret it!

Have been using this tool for 3+ years and it’s an absolute favorite of mine! We have purchased them for our friends as they get married too haha It’s wonderful to clean our house without any chemicals. There is hardly a surface in my house that I haven’t cleaner using our Dupray! Including the grill.

Im absolutely shattered, since my NEAT arrived yesterday (within 3 days of ordering) I havent stopped steam cleaning everything within sight. I have done windows, kitchen sink, kitchen cupboard doors, pvc frames, windows, glass doors, skirting boards, kitchen tiles, grout, painted walls, karndean flooring, radiators etc etc.. Its absolutely fantastic. You still have to put a lot of effort in yourself but the NEAT generates all the steam power and cleaning ability , to bring everything up looking fresh as a daisy. The attachments are easy to put on and off and only takes seconds. Was quite an investment for me but I am very pleased with it. I spoke to Anthiny initially on live chat and then by telephone and he answered all my queries, very polite and professional service. 10 out of 10.

I wish I had known about this years ago. My Neat Steam Cleaner came yesterday afternoon and I have been putting it through it's paces ever since. So many uses. My bathroom has never looked cleaner! The steam just seems to make the tile sparkle. I can't wait to try it all through my house. Thank you, Dupray.

I called customer service before purchasing to experience their response. Excellent customer service before purchase closed the deal. This is a well build product that should last for years. The price is very reasonable and the product is well made and engineered. Don't hesitate, you'll be glad you did!

I steam cleaned 24 feet of floor-to-ceiling blinds with the NEAT steam cleaner. They hadn't been cleaned in a dozen years, because regular cleaners just pushed the dirt around so I gave up. Now they look new. It would have cost more to have it done, and now I have a steam cleaner that can tackle other parts of the home that need attention.

I use this product one time, it seemed to work well. I followed all the instructions. I went to use it again, but cannot get it to open. The seal is stuck. Absolutely stuck. There is absolutely no way to open it. I’m stuck with a product I can’t use. I read about this issue online on forums, looking for a way to open it… it seems to be a common issue. I suggest looking elsewhere for better product and without this design flaw.

I love this thing. I love to talk about my steam cleaner to friends and family, LOL. I’ve cleaned all my floors and windows and vents and furniture with it. Design-wise, it is really convenient and accessible (speaking as someone with a disability)! The NEAT steam cleaner is not heavy, unwieldy, or difficult to use. It does get hot after you’ve been using it for a while, but that’s to be expected: It’s steam! The adjustable length is great because it helps me reach the floor, which I can’t do otherwise, and also reach tall things like the top of the fridge. If the dirt is caked onto whatever you’re cleaning it will definitely take a bit more muscle/“manpower” than the videos imply, but cleaning a window takes me under 30 seconds. It is a million times easier than scrubbing by hand! Also the design is cool and modern and the small profile makes it convenient to store, unlike some of the other bulky steam cleaners I’ve seen on the market. I love that any microfiber cloth can be used with the floor tool, and not just the proprietary ones!

I just got my steamer today. I started in the kitchen. My cabinets were gross, they are old cabinets that were probably put in when the house was built and they had been painted white and they were just gross looking. Now they practically look new. I will still need to repaint them at some point but man they look good! Then I cleaned my baseboards, my back door. Cleaned my baseboards in my long hallway along with the walls/doors. Then on to my kids' bathroom. OMG I am in love with this thing! I don't know where it has been my whole life! I just ordered 2 more lances (an extra one to dedicate to the bathroom and one to dedicate to the kitchen because I think they need their own because of you know germs, while I appreciate this thing sanitizes I don't feel comfortable using the same one in both places and of course I have already made baggies up to keep my brushes separate).

I bought it mainly to clean my showers and to alleviate a lot of scrubbing since I have issues with my hands. I'm impressed! I was mostly impressed using it on my friends shower after spraying it with a mixture of water/vinegar/dish soap and letting that sit for 20 minutes. After I used my Dupray, the soap scum came off fairly easy. I was amazed because I have tried scrubbing with other products to no avail. I am excited to see what else I will use this for! I highly recommend this steam cleaner!
