PROS: - One fill lasts for several cleaning projects. I did 5 windows (blinds, window seals, window glass), kitchen cabinets, 5 doors, some walls, my bed, as well as some baseboards. - It heats up within 10 minutes - Comes with several useful accessories, I used all of them in my first day - Has a long tube as well as power cable - Gets VERY hot, it removed alot of gunk build up on anything I used it on. My window seals have never looked so clean and it removed all pink mold from my shower. It did not remove any paint, which is a huge plus. - Very simple and easy to use, you really cant miss how to use it CONS: - No proper fill line to know when you are getting low on water - If you need to refill it you MUST wait until the internal temp cools, and you MUST depressurize it by slowing removing the cap until the hissing goes away. This isnt really a "con" because it is to be expected, especially to keep you safe, but not everyone knows this about steamers. Overall, I do love this and have already recommended it to my mom. I did purchase extra bonnets because I knew I had a huge cleaning project, but every accessory that was in the box was used. An amazing gadget for OCD individuals like myself and I cant believe I have lived so long without this. At all. I gave 5 stars because this product truly exceeded my expectations, and no this isn't sponsored, I just really think this product is worth the money. Most steamers cost ALOT of money and after using this, I am surprised it didnt cost more. 10/10 for me and I will continue to use it for all my projects.

Have had this for a few months now and love it. Works great for cleaning out water stains on grout, even recently used it on my truck cleaning where my son soilled milk that we didn’t know about until it got extremely smelly. Now no more smell and a super clean floor.

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE the Dupray Neat steam cleaner!! I am a housecleaner and am able to get things clean that others cannot because of the effectiveness and functionality and dependability of this machine. it is easy to use, and it works great!!! I can get mold off of grout and get very stubborn, ground-in dirt off that people didn't even know was there and make everything sparkling clean!! It is a must for deep cleaning, and it makes surface cleaning a breeze!! Not need for mop and bucket. Just the steam and the mop head and change pads. Very very versatile!!!

I bought this product a couple of months ago and I am amazed with all the differnt uses. I used it to clean the grout and tiles in my shower, which restored it to just like new. I used it to clean dirt and stains from living room couch and it looked brand new again. I mostly use it to steam clean my house as I have tile only and it does a great job of cleaning dirt and grime that sweeping or vacuuming leaves behind.

I've steamed a matress, windows, bathroom and kitchen floors, cooker hob and now planning to do the fridge. Really pleased with this, like the attachments which mean so many things can be steam cleaned, the unit is easy to store in a small area and I just put all the accessories in a canvas bag next to it for easy access. I wish it came with a few more pads and cloths but these are easy to wash or alternatives bought from the supermarket to add to the collection. I now spend less time cleaning, my windows sparkle and my floors shine! Very fast delivery once ordered, but the company need to look at the delivery company they use as my unit was left on the doorstep when I was inside the house - nobody signed for it and no acknowledgment, no knock at the door.

I received my NEAT steam cleaner and I have to say It has surpassed my expectations! I got it to work right away and cleaned things that I didn’t think would look cleaner! The machine does wonders on grout. My tiles look like just installed. The only problem is it comes with only one brass brush and after I have clean the tiles on the first floor the brush is worn out and can not be used anymore(hopefully can purchase extra brass brushes) The water reservoir can last an hour of steaming, and it works really well. All in one, it’s well priced for such a powerful and effective machine, I wish I had heard of it sooner. Very happy customer, thank you, Dupray!!!!!

I previously had an upright Shark steam cleaner (it only did floors). The Dupray is SO. MUCH. BETTER. I can’t even describe how this thing has changed my life. It holds a ton of water, meaning I can do all my floors as well as mirrors, windows, and bathrooms and never have to refill the tank. It gets way hotter than my old machine, which means less scrubbing. The whole house feels CLEAN when I’m done, and I’ve told everyone who will listen about it. My husband is sick of my raving about my steam cleaner, but that doesn’t stop me. Love this thing and would pay 2x the price for it.

From cleaning floors to cleaning up mold this is a great steamer. We’ve used it in my son’s apartment to clean the sliding glass doors - removing all the grime in the tracks to shining up the windows. Also his bedroom window was covered in mold and this little workhorse has successfully removed all of it.

I’ve used this product numerous times and each time I’ve been 100% satisfied with the results. I’ve cleaned the couch, the bed, floors and the oven. The couch and bed dried super quick as well and the best part is this product does not use any harsh chemicals. It can get loud though especially if you’re in a small space such as the oven however i just used some ear plugs and that did the trick.

After owning this product for some time I'll start by saying what I dont like, and what needs improving. The funnel area to fill the machine is too small, even whenever pulling the trigger it takes some time to fill and to empty. Also, with calcium build up its hard to flush that calcium out with such a small hole. A bleeder valve would be nice to release steam/pressure whenever done. Funnel opening needs to be bigger for sure or a way to be able to clean the elements. Things I like, you can clean anything and it does an amazing job. I do car detailing and whenever I bring the Neat out people are crazy about it. I also like it doesn't take long for your surface to dry, whether it be floors or upholstery. I convinced my grandmother to buy one, now I'm working on the mother in law. Upgrades to this unit for the price would be appreciated as I would just sell my old unit and buy the Neat 2.0 with a bigger funnel / easier boiler cleaning functionality.
