I have had two neat steamers. I was able to get a replacement after a few things went on the first. I love how easy and light the steamer is. I have yet again had some parts break off quickly on the second one and so I gave one less star for that reason. Everything still works but the mop head clamps have broken off and can’t use it. Otherwise it’s the best steamer I’ve owned ever and would buy more again probably just a higher up version with more sturdy components on them.

The design is sleek and lightweight, easy to move around. I clean everything from floors to kitchen counters. Its easy to use and maintain, i used filtered water. Its a bit pricey, and heats up in 7-8 min, but efficiency and versatility make it totally worth it.

You know this is an amazing when both my mother and mother-in-law own one after seeing how much I get done and effortlessly. After owning for almost a year now, this is the most amazing cleaning device and worth every single penny. It is versatile and allows you to clean and sanitize multiple surfaces in the household. I have moved twice and have used the Dupray to sanitize and deodorize every single surface, including walls. The upholstery attachment has kept my couches cleaning and fresh smelling.

The price is very reasonable and the product is well made and engineered. Don't hesitate, you'll be glad you did!

I love this thing. I love to talk about my steam cleaner to friends and family, LOL. I’ve cleaned all my floors and windows and vents and furniture with it. Design-wise, it is really convenient and accessible (speaking as someone with a disability)! The NEAT steam cleaner is not heavy, unwieldy, or difficult to use. It does get hot after you’ve been using it for a while, but that’s to be expected: It’s steam! The adjustable length is great because it helps me reach the floor, which I can’t do otherwise, and also reach tall things like the top of the fridge. If the dirt is caked onto whatever you’re cleaning it will definitely take a bit more muscle/“manpower” than the videos imply, but cleaning a window takes me under 30 seconds. It is a million times easier than scrubbing by hand! Also the design is cool and modern and the small profile makes it convenient to store, unlike some of the other bulky steam cleaners I’ve seen on the market. I love that any microfiber cloth can be used with the floor tool, and not just the proprietary ones!

I’ve used quite a few times since I bought it. Overall I really like it! I like the variety of tools, the versatility, and it cleans well. I think there’s a bit of a learning curve with it to get it to do what I want it to, and I also feel the attachments, particularly the brushes seem to get crushed/worn out by very mild use. I hope I can keep figuring it out and use it more, I love how it can potentially replace so many other products.

Im absolutely shattered, since my NEAT arrived yesterday (within 3 days of ordering) I havent stopped steam cleaning everything within sight. I have done windows, kitchen sink, kitchen cupboard doors, pvc frames, windows, glass doors, skirting boards, kitchen tiles, grout, painted walls, karndean flooring, radiators etc etc.. Its absolutely fantastic. You still have to put a lot of effort in yourself but the NEAT generates all the steam power and cleaning ability , to bring everything up looking fresh as a daisy. The attachments are easy to put on and off and only takes seconds. Was quite an investment for me but I am very pleased with it. I spoke to Anthiny initially on live chat and then by telephone and he answered all my queries, very polite and professional service. 10 out of 10.

I just got my steamer today. I started in the kitchen. My cabinets were gross, they are old cabinets that were probably put in when the house was built and they had been painted white and they were just gross looking. Now they practically look new. I will still need to repaint them at some point but man they look good! Then I cleaned my baseboards, my back door. Cleaned my baseboards in my long hallway along with the walls/doors. Then on to my kids' bathroom. OMG I am in love with this thing! I don't know where it has been my whole life! I just ordered 2 more lances (an extra one to dedicate to the bathroom and one to dedicate to the kitchen because I think they need their own because of you know germs, while I appreciate this thing sanitizes I don't feel comfortable using the same one in both places and of course I have already made baggies up to keep my brushes separate).

Use for 1 year, once a week, 100m2 of tiles. Happy with my purchase. The device is very simple, compact, light, the plastics are of good quality and robust. The accessories are good and solid too. It heats up in 5-10min and holds up pretty well with continuous use. What I can criticize is the fact that it is complicated to eliminate the remaining water in the tank after use. Unrolling and rolling up the electrical power cable is not very practical but it only takes 30 seconds anyway. The head does not orient itself vertically which somewhat limits cleaning (under a sofa for example) since you have to try to keep the head as parallel as possible to the ground. That said, it seems that competing devices, which have a vertical joint, break precisely at this joint... Despite these few small flaws, I would buy this model again without asking myself any questions.

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE the Dupray Neat steam cleaner!! I am a housecleaner and am able to get things clean that others cannot because of the effectiveness and functionality and dependability of this machine. it is easy to use, and it works great!!! I can get mold off of grout and get very stubborn, ground-in dirt off that people didn't even know was there and make everything sparkling clean!! It is a must for deep cleaning, and it makes surface cleaning a breeze!! Not need for mop and bucket. Just the steam and the mop head and change pads. Very very versatile!!!
