Use this thing every chance I get! Floors, furniture, stove/oven, windows, walls, adhesives…there’s nothing I won’t blast with some steam! Love getting everything cleaned up without harsh chemicals. I only wish it’d come with a metal bristle brush to give it a roll on my grill grates

I love the Dupray! It cleans everything, and I mean EVERYTHING really well. The only cons would be that you have to stop often while steaming to wait for the light to go back to green and the steamer to heat up again. Also, a potato rolled off my kitchen counter and landed on my Dupray causing a very large crack in the top of it. I am disappointed it is not built a bit more sturdy. I never would have guessed a potato could cause so much damage! But it still works and I still love it!

I use my steamer at least once per week to clean up the mudroom floor where my 3 dogs trek in and out all day. We've had our steamer a little over a year, and sadly, the lance broke. A quick call to customer service is all that is needed to get another one sent out right away! My floors and surfaces are super clean thanks to our NEAT Steamer!

This steam cleaner is Awesome, with a capital A!! I’ve always hated cleaning and now I have MS, so I hate it AND it’s hard for me to do :/ This little thing has changed my cleaning game- its so easy (no intense scrubbing) and fast! And no chemicals needed for others out there with chemical/fragrance sensitivities. As a bonus, it clears my sinuses out while I clean ;) I do not know where this has been my whole life. A game changer!!!!! I’ve literally cleaned everything possible in my house over a month’s time (would normally take me a year!). Even when something looks clean, you clean it with this and see so much more grime come out of all the little crevices. I will never clean another way!

I have only had my Dupray steam cleaner for a month or two and I love it! I have tried so many different chemicals and shower/tile cleaning products and who would have thought that distilled water and a steamer would clean the mold and mildew out of my shower better than all of them.

I couldn’t be more obsessed with my steam cleaner. I use it for cleaning upholstery in my car, carpets, couches, clean and squeegee windows, and best of all, cleaning floors and bathrooms, and baseboards. I literally show it off to anyone that comes over😂.

Use for 1 year, once a week, 100m2 of tiles. Happy with my purchase. The device is very simple, compact, light, the plastics are of good quality and robust. The accessories are good and solid too. It heats up in 5-10min and holds up pretty well with continuous use. What I can criticize is the fact that it is complicated to eliminate the remaining water in the tank after use. Unrolling and rolling up the electrical power cable is not very practical but it only takes 30 seconds anyway. The head does not orient itself vertically which somewhat limits cleaning (under a sofa for example) since you have to try to keep the head as parallel as possible to the ground. That said, it seems that competing devices, which have a vertical joint, break precisely at this joint... Despite these few small flaws, I would buy this model again without asking myself any questions.

I'm very pleased with my little 'steam box' it's so good and such a great help for me. I run a home boarding for dogs business so my kitchen and snug can get very dirty. I leave the steam on full then go back over the floor with a clean cloth and use the steam on and off. I do this because the steam on full all the time leaves the floor very wet. I can't manage the window cleaner it sadly makes the windows too wet but all in all it really is a great little machine

I haven’t ever come across a machine that does everything it’s claimed to do! This does. My house is already beginning to sparkle and I’ve barely had it a week! Sad as it may be, I’m very much looking forward to cleaning all sorts of murky places in my home! I can see that a lot of thought has gone into the design, it’s user friendly. The only things that I would would alter would be storage of the hose and a housing for the plug.. One very happy customer though, all in all.

I was super excited about this product because I have light gray/white flooring and the videos make it look super efficient to clean but sadly, this product did not meet expectations. I used the grout cleaner attachment, but it does not really remove a lot of dirt from the grout lines, even with cleaner applied. I also have large sliders and the window cleaning attachment leaves streaks which requires me to scrub behind it. The steam is obviously very hot but again, it felt way below my expectations because I have to scrub behind it. If you have tan or dark colored flooring then perhaps this could would work better for you, but with light flooring… Save your money and your energy. If I could return it and not lose so much money, I would.
