[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well the tv overall its great the picture, sharpness but on thing i dislike is that it doesn't have a optical port and it you connect a hdmi cable to the HDMIARC PORT the tv automatically connects even if the sound bar or audio receiver is not no . To me that's the only down fall.

I turn on the on button thenI have to click internet power twice then the select button and wait at least 5-7 minutes before a live screen appears

Purchased this 43”; on line and did not realize it is a ROKU MODEL. VERY DISAPPOINTED I am ready to put it to the curb. It's less than a month old… Would you like to trade it out for a FIRE TV???

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the 2 Samsung TVs I have. One is a 3-year-old 65" that has a remote that is way better than the 6-month-old 43" TVs remote. I like the older remote because it has direct number buttons so you can go directly to the channel you want to watch. The newer tv remote is very minimalistic that has you do almost everything through the tv screen. A glitch that I have experienced with both TVs is that once in a while they freeze up and need to be unplugged for a couple minutes, when I plug the tv back into the power they reboot I think and work fine. (that is why 4 stars) The picture quality is great, the sound is good and I like the Samsung channels so much I cancelled the cable tv and just have Wi-Fi.

It has all the bells & whistles all TVs have these days, but setup and adjustments are much easier to navigate. Making personalization much easier. Menu makes sense and intuitive. Great purchase and reasonably priced. I have six Samsungs in my home. It is my go to for TV purchases.

The smart screen setting allow me to easily maneuver from app to app and never worry about missing my favorite shows... love my TV

I wish it would have came with the voice activated remote control but I looked it up online and it's pretty affordable so I'm also going to get one of those as well. I was so happy that it had the built-in video game streaming and I was able to set up my PlayStation 4 controller via Bluetooth effortlessly. Will only buy Samsung televisions from now on.
