Samsung 43" Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV UN43U8000FFXZA is possessed! We had the menu turned off, now it was automatically turned on and cannot turn off, very annoying! Very often it stops and asks customers to hit a button to continue!! Why? Why not automatically continue without having your customers to do anything? Should update your software to handle it automatically!! The favorite channels are listed in order of when they are created, very stupid and hard to find! They should be listed by channel number like other tvs, with 1 first and the highest number last. The remote is ridiculous! Very hard to use, no numbers to enter station numbers to select.

Its a basic function for a tv and i need to scroll though all available apps to get to the input i want and i really wanted just the basic and 1 input and its often stuck at the end.
