[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality is bright, sharp, and looks fantastic. Unfortunately, the audio experience has been very frustrating. The TV frequently fails to recognize my Samsung speaker, sometimes says it's connected when no sound plays, and other times even the built-in TV speakers stop working until I power cycle the TV. I've also experienced times when sound returns but the volume controls don't respond. The display is excellent, but the ongoing audio issues make this difficult for me to recommend.

We purchase our first of these TVs about 1.5 years ago. Since then, we have had to have the TV replaced 2 times. The first two just stopped working, went to black screen and never came back on. Now, in May, there was an OS update from Samsung. Now I cannot access my cable stations unless I log in though the Samsun stations. I have checked for a work around but there is none. I am very unhappy with Samsung that they made this change in their new OS. Really annoying.

I just have had my 55" Samsung tv for 6months now and have not had baby problema yet. The picture is fantastic. The remote could be a little bigger and I don't like the volume and channel levers they have. They should be flat. Other than that I am satisfied with the tv.

The optics of this TV are lovely, but the user interface is a mess. Whenever I turn on the TV, the landing page is a commercialized mess of ads for things irrelevant to me such as games with in-app purchases. The "Continue Watching" menu also pulls up channels and content completely unrelated to my watching habits. I HATE this user interface so much as it is forcing things on me rather than customizing itself to my preferences.

Overall I like this tv. It has really good picture quality when viewing slower moving pictures. It does get some motion blur on fast moving images. The audio sounds really good using my Samsung Q symphony sound bar. Only problem is I get some occasional static and glitching in the sound and have to re start the whole system occasionally. I have installed all new high speed hdmi cables but hasn’t resolved the static issue. Kinda wish I went with a little higher up model but overall like this tv.

The brightness is perfect and the color tones are true. I am a photographer and don't care for devices that alter colors to unnaturally warmer or cooler tones. The color tones on this tv are beautiful. For th space that I have, the 43 inch tv is the perfect size.

We've ordered this exact tv for multiple offices. It works great for casting so everyone in the office can view a document. Great brightness as our office has walls of windows. Great responsiveness when moving between documents and cloud viewing. This is increased our work efficiency!

Unfortunately The technology on the Samsung Is very difficult to deal with and not user-friendly. I’ve had my TV for 6 months and the recent software update has really messed up my settings . Trying to fix it has been extremely difficult. Yes, I’m 72 but it doesn’t have to be this difficult. Do better Samsung!

It's too darn complicated! Every time I turn it on, I get the homepage, and have to go through various steps to get to my cable channels. I wish I could program the TV to automatically go to where I want it to when I turn it on. If there is already a way to do this, it's not intuitive enough for an average consumer to figure it out. It also feels like it takes different steps each time I turn on the TV to get to where I want to be. I'll commit to memory what to do, and the next time, that doesn't work, and I have to figure everything out again. It may be considered a "smart TV" because of the supposed easy connection to subscribed channels, but it's not an easy connection for me, and that's all that I care about! Either simplify the homepage or develop more user-friendly instructions on how to set it up.
