This TV & all of my 6 TV's in my home are and have always been Samsung! They are the best by far as far as clarity, brightness, amazing contrast. This TV brings everything to the table with its quick responsiveness, the picture upscaling and uniformity. I have buying Samsung products for years, they are whom I trust who it comes to spending my monies. My entire is nothing but SAMSUNG!! You know, for the smartness and simplicity of life, IT'S SAMSUNG!

I love how Samsung uses SmartThings so I don’t have remotes all over the place. I’m older so sometimes I become a deer in headlights with new technology. But these tv’s are very easy to use. Set up was easy. Image quality is exceptional. I used to avoid watching sports at home, and now I love it. I have even been going back and re-watching my favorite movies. I have even gotten rid of my external tv devices: These TVs just streamline everything. I have other brands at work, but if I ever need to replace them I’d definitely go with Samsung.

If there’s any scene on the TV that has to do with low light situations, we’re almost looking at a black screen. I’ve tried all the fixes, and we have not had success. So frustrating.

I feel like my neighbors used one of boundary watches, paired with my tv thru the wall, took over my smart hub and have been spying on me ever since. Other than that ya know.. a tv is a tv I mostly just buy Samsung for the ergonomic remote control, very well thought out and nicely done. Absolutely great product for the price - I use it for my work and gaming monitor, at 4k the sharpness and response is the best. More real estate means more information and data on the screen for work, and a HUGE play screen for PC games. All the other features just add on to the value.

The contrast is awesome, love all the new features and way to use options. The brightness is perfect, allowing a clear picture anything of day. And the uniformity across all aspects, allows a seamless transition to each different app and syncing my devices

Overall it is a so so tv, had it for 2 years and issues popping up all the time. Started with clear thin horizontal line near bottom of screen, looks like a line of pixels have gone out Next volume will just suddenly drastically go down and controller can’t adjust it, have to turn tv off and back on to fix. Next the picture will freeze, sound continues as normal with a frozen image. Again have to restart tv to fix Always liked Samsung tvs but when I purchase next one an 85” this coming Black Friday am seriously thinking of changing brands Thanks

My 43" Class Crystal UHD U8000F 4K Smart TV has spectecular views. The picture quality is by far the best. It provides picturesque views, as though you are right there, a part of the scenery. Samsung products are found through out my house. Thank you Samsung for providing state of the art products keeping up with today's technical advancements.

I love using my smart things app as a remote for this TV as well as our other Samsung TV's in our house. If we can't find a remote I can just use my phone to control them and even turn it off from my phone if we left. Picture is crystal clear, can adjust auto picture if needed. Set up was easy, guides you through the process. Overall great product, wish we had gotten samsung TVs sooner than we did!
