[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't really like the Samsung TV sometimes it just freezes my cable box and I can't change the channel or turn off the cable. I have to try and turn everything off in the middle of whatever I'm watching and lose whatever I'm watching and turn it back on to have it get out of that mode not always the best I cannot put the icon for Paramount+ on my list. I have to go to the Internet and search for it every time I wanna watch Yellowstone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like Samsung. It's my third TV for my home. The operation, color and picture make it an attractive addition. We have been having so many tornado events here in Iowa, we wanted a nice TV for our basement shelter area.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture on this TV is great. Absolutely no complaints on the picture quality. We are somewhat disappointed in the sound. The sound is clear but difficult to adjust to a suitable volume. One minute we can't hear conversions on show and the next background sounds are blowing us away.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this TV. The input ports could be better positioned for access while the the TV is hanging on a wall. But overall the physical TV is great. The responsiveness of the operating system is pretty miserable though. This would be a 5/5 if the software was built less for the advertisers and more for the user. The UX seems to revolve around whatever is being promoted at the time, not the programing I watch. And the lag... Ugh! I dread using the search feature. It's so slow and pushes product. Otherwise, very happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture is fine, the processor is very slow and buffers way too much. I have conducted speed tests close to the tv and it receives excellent speeds. It's as if the tv is running 100 programs in the background.

The picture detail was awesome. No pixelation here. It looks like you are sitting on the opposite side of a wall, watching through a window into that world

Picture quality good, personally feel too many adjustments within the TV settings and adjusting them had very little discernible effect on any picture . Some moved quite a bit and 4 people in the room was asking if I was actually adjusting that particular setting . Do not like the remote at all. I used the remote for my 2019 model, with no issue, pointed at TV, worked like a charm. Time will tell...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using my smart things app as a remote for this TV as well as our other Samsung TV's in our house. If we can't find a remote I can just use my phone to control them and even turn it off from my phone if we left. Picture is crystal clear, can adjust auto picture if needed. Set up was easy, guides you through the process. Overall great product, wish we had gotten samsung TVs sooner than we did!
