TV takes control and forces streaming which I don't want instead of starting with my Direct TV system. I also have a soundbar which it fights me to use. It does not want me to use the connected soundbar also , when I turn the TV off, it always comes back on by itself. Find it very frustrating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] brightness contrast really good being color blind visual good . responsiveness it's actually like a two kind of slow wish there was a better quicker response from remote to TV . no real big opinion on uniformity or upscaling . I will be honest out of all the Samsung TVs I've had and I've had many is probably my least favorite as the usability and user interface are not very functionable. There needs to be an actual settings button on the remote . I would like to see programming set up to where it goes to basic TV first then other options directed from remote .

It almost looks like we are actually on set with the actors. The sound is exceptional! I dont have to set the volume over 20 because at its low volume level it is loud enough!

It takes forever to get to the tv mode and once you hit the channel button it takes even,or time to locate the show currently on. If you tap the channel too quickly you have to go through a three step process again to watch your show. And sometimes you have to go through that three step process several times to get the tv show. Also the volume and mute button is combined on the controller so when you want to change the volume the mute turns on and vise versa. The entire tv is dysfunctional.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung 50" is working well, so far. Hopefully it will last longer than 13 months, like the last one did. It is the exact size and model we bought May 27, 2025. Nice color and sound. Bought the warranty this time, so I'm covered. If this goes out with problems, and the warranty doesn't cover, NEVER again will I waste my money on a Samsung. My LG in the kitchen is 8 years old and is working fine.
