[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really not 100% satisfied with my new Samsung 43" Smart TV. The two major problems I'm seeing is that and it happened today actually, I was watching a TV sitcom and then all of a sudden, the picture was "frozen": stuck but the audio was still on talking about the next scene. So I pressed my remote control ( universal control because Samsung's is ridiculous) to the next channel and then back and that rectified the problem. The second problem is when I change apps from TV to YouTube, then back to TV app, the TV channel is not the same one I previously watched but a strange channel numbered 1134, usually a News channel. So, this new Samsung TV is quite different from my old Samsung Smart TV. Can the locking effect while watching sitcoms be repaired? Thanks for your concern. Hope to hear from you soon. The color is vibrant and appears to absorb reflective light not creating a glare across the screen during high light situations. Was very easy to install and work through through the set up process. Added sound bar very adaptive. All the TVs we own are Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV was a piece of junk. I returned it. The video would hang while the audio continued. The navigation was terrible. It would go to an app and just show a black screen. I had to back out and go back in to the app to get a picture. I repeatedly thought I could probably live with all the glitches but finally gave up and returned the TV.

They stand behind their products. Their televisions are just great. That is the only brand I will buy and we have five televisions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had some problems with the brightness not being bright enough . it's a 4K resolution which is great for me cuz it's the first one I've had like that and the contrast and refresh rate seems to be fine . [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The colors are very bright, excellent quality picture for that size, actually quite surprised because I also have a QLED, and it gives my QLED a run for its money if you will, but overall very good quality, will definitely be purchasing another one
