[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV seems to be defect free, no major or obvious construction and as usual the instructions are very clear. This is I believe my third or fourth TV purchased. A 55" for my mother's apartment an aficionado of the Asian soap operas. Another for myself. Very bright a huge help for a person like me in my retirement, and the interface and remote control works well, as usual it took some time access all the feature. The high contrast help during the daytime when the windows were open and a high enough refresh rate to play a decent game. Not sure of the upscaling, although the details were very vivid, so that might be the upscaling at work. All in all, a pain free installation and for the moment enjoyable experience using this model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this tv. I have the 2023 version and it is fantastic. I love the new remote design, the tv moves to apps much faster than my old samsung tv. I like the contrast and it has different modes but I'll be honest I'm probably not the best person to talk about detail in resolution. I absolutely love this tv, and its size. 85" is huge, but its awesome to play games on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung always delivers a great product out of box with minimal adjusting for my own preferences on the picture settings. UI is one of the easiest to use from my experience. Though I use a sound bar with this TV, the built in speakers are satisfactory for most everything, unless you really just need to feel the earth shake beneath you during those big exciting scenes in the movie your watching or game you're playing. I've been buying Samsung TV for ages now, and I have yet to be disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The brightness is good and the graphics are great, we very rarely have any problems with this TV, its very responsive and has great contrast. The uniformity of the screen is amazing and the picture upscaling is great when watching certain shows or movies. Great tv cant wait to see what Samsung comes out with next.

A lot of times when I first turn it on and ask for an app right away it tells me the connection is not there. When it is but takes a little minute to get it.

In fact, I put that remote away and brought out one from my other TV's. Despite my unhappiness with this TV, I will continue to only buy Samsung because I like the Samsung free TV channels!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 55" tv keeps spiraling on Disney channel. It often comes uo with the "No Internet Connection" box. Now it wont even let me sign into the internet. I have a 24" Samsung in the next room over and it has never given me the first problem

Its size relative to weight is quite impressive and the screen real estate is not only large enough for most applications, it is a good quality presentation. i have found nothing to not like about the screen and physical attributes. I must admit the navigation and control has been a learning process but it has been about a decade since I have worked with a new TV. I imagine that it becomes seamless but for now, I am still learning and exploring. I feel like there are things that would make it easier and it's up to me to find them.
