TV was serviced and 3 weeks later the IR receiver stopped working again. A week after that, the screen went black and only sound was coming out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most part I have enjoyed this television. It has a beautiful picture still I have a problem with the volume control. I can either have the volume at the lowest level or mute. I cannot raise the volume. I reached out to the Samsung support personnel via the net and the result was they referred me to a site with professional assistance and the first thing they did was asked for my credit card information. That is a pretty foul approach as I should be under the initial warranty but even more I purchased the extended warranty for at least 3 years. So I am extremely frustrated with this process and company..

We had a service man come out to show us what to do to get all the features operating since we have never had a TV that does so many things, and for every question we asked him, he had to CALL SOMEONE on his mobil phone to get the answer. Next time, I guess we will have to get help from our neighbors who own Smart TVs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is real good but the user interface on the tv is one of the worst I've had it really seems like you don't want your customers to use a Roku box or any external streaming device I guess I should not have gotten a smart tv and maybe saved some money but my old Samsung that I got in 2015 that I no longer have was way easier to use and navigate settings and stuff like that
