[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really loved the TV, the picture looks great, bright and natural color. It responds very well and they have a good contract of colors, the image looks uniform or not with lines.

It took a while to get use to the TV and how to use the features. ( I had a different smart tv prior). I'm loving my TV. I highly recommend this brand.

We have regretted purchasing this TV from day one. It is very difficult to navigate. We are not able to watch our favorite channels. We subscribe to Prime but cannot access Prime Video. Piece of junk!

Actually the visual is very good. However, the REMOTE is the worst ever!! It is NOT user friendly. Unless you memorize what each button stands for -- it's useless!! What good is a TV if the remote is worthless.
