[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this television to install in my newly constructed 'ManPort', which has various lighting, ceiling fan and pull down shades on sides. Television is mounted on cross beam under A-frame roof. Television has a great picture and so far have had no problems with performance since installing in an covered outdoor environment. Only issue was sound, as speakers are on bottom of screen facing downwards. Since this is not an 'enclosed' room with wall for sound to be encased, I had to install a sound bar directing the sound forwards from television to enhance hearing of sound.

Color and brightness are easily adjusted depending on the mood or the show or movie you're watching. The whole shabang is vibrant, colorful and immersed us in a real life quality showing. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is great, I'm considering a bigger one for my main TV replacement. This is a bedroom TV, and I wish that I could set the screen saver to come on sooner than 2 hours after sitting with no screen changes. Some of the YouTube items we watch, time out, and the "Do you want to continue" option are sitting on the screen for 2 hours with a mostly black background and a white box.

It says it has Built In Alexa but actually you have to buy a Firestick or an Echo to access Alexa. So very misleading. The remote is poor. No guide was included to tell you what all these buttons do. Some are self explanatory but some is a guessing game. Actually I hate this little remote. Hard to figure out all the functionality of the TV itself as of course no guide included. I know you can look online but for me so much better to have a copy in your hands. Am not in a position to spend more money so no Alexa for me. So what is built in Alexa?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the size and price and the picture color and brightness are great for my place. Sometimes it buffers on certain apps like YouTube and Paramount while TVs in my other room don't. My fiber internet is usually 500MB so not sure why

But the tiny remote control is horrible; not easy to use with multiple functions on each button or combination of buttons. Up/down usually skips through multiple selections with one click. No number keypad; with 3000 some channels, an entire day can be wasted trying to get from broadcast channels to Samsung TV+ channels. Easy to cast to from my Samsung phone, but difficult to find where to disconnect other devices that somehow automatically connected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 85" Class Crystal UHD U8000F 4K Smart TV has a nice vibrant picture but the Bluetooth audio output is flaky. A couple of months ago the audio become garbled or distorted from both TX channels. I turned off the Bluetooth option then tried it again about a week later and it worked fine for about 2 months recently the Bluetooth failed again and has not returned to an operational state which is disappointing to say the least.

I am hearing impaired and I wish this TV had better sound, particularly the spoken sound, it's almost impossible to hear that on this TV. I use closed captions so I can see what I'm missing. I used a sound bar for a while but it didn't help
