It took a while to get use to the TV and how to use the features. ( I had a different smart tv prior). I'm loving my TV. I highly recommend this brand.

We have regretted purchasing this TV from day one. It is very difficult to navigate. We are not able to watch our favorite channels. We subscribe to Prime but cannot access Prime Video. Piece of junk!

I really like Samsung. It’s my third TV for my home. The operation, color and picture make it an attractive addition. We have been having so many tornado events here in Iowa, we wanted a nice TV for our basement shelter area.

The TV is incredible. However, the Samsung App Store is limited. I couldn’t download the MLB app from it and was looking forward to watching my favorite out of market team play on the big screen. Very disappointing!

Love the picture and the sound. Only negative would be is that it starts with the Samsung TV app. We use YouTube TV and would love it to just start with it every time. Tried the suggestions online to change it, but none have worked so far.
