Very annoying to be in middle of watching a show. And than have to change the channel for the pi cried to come back on

I have excellent wifi for my home, however only this TV constantly lags, loses connection, and freezes. The audio connectivity is awful, even with a compatible Samsung Q-Series sound system. Not user friendly, not easily accessible, and even on sale was expensive. Highly disappointed, the 2 stars is because the picture quality met expectations.

I have spoken with service about it but no resolution. The controls are simple but would love to be able to personalize my screen more than is available. But easly household applciations with ease. Picture quality and sound are outstanding. Will contiue to outfit our home wiht Samsung equipment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung 70" UN70U8000FDXZA so far has been a great TV. I like the fact I can continue to use my old remote with all the numbers, volume control and channel selection over the newer remote that is less user friendly. I have my old Samsung sound system connected via USB connection and it still works great. For the money you can't beat this TV. I just wish my bedroom would accommodate a larger screen. I would recommend this TV and I will probably buy another Samsung when this unit dies.
