[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most part I have enjoyed this television. It has a beautiful picture still I have a problem with the volume control. I can either have the volume at the lowest level or mute. I cannot raise the volume. I reached out to the Samsung support personnel via the net and the result was they referred me to a site with professional assistance and the first thing they did was asked for my credit card information. That is a pretty foul approach as I should be under the initial warranty but even more I purchased the extended warranty for at least 3 years. So I am extremely frustrated with this process and company..

The smart features are extremely easy to use. The quality if Samsung Televisions have turned me into a very loyal Samsung customer for life.

The picture is so clear and vibrant it's unreal it's like I'm looking at a portrait inside my television with live animation.My goodness when I hook up my play station 4 to it my friends think it's a NFL game live. I recommend it should have won some type of award for the picture quality..It's is a smart tv because it's smarter than me. I cuts it onto and it will adjust to the room lighting. I recommend anyone to check it out you will not regret it. I have told everyone in my family they should get this product.When I am questioned about it.My answer to them come watch a game with me and play a video game with me. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new Samsung 85 in. TV which came with this 43 in. during a sale. This TV is just as good as the 85 in. and has all the bells and whistles and is easy to operate once you get the hang of it. The picture is definitely first class, as Samsung has always reigned in this area. I like some of the shows that are suggested for me. The remote is great but very small. Easy to fall through the openings between sofa cushions or get lost in the bed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to have a mix of Sony TV's and Samsung TV's in my house. I now have 9 Samsung TV's in my house. Easy to use, easy to setup and they don't lose my wifi signal. Plus I can connect my headphones to them easily. What's not to like?
