I love this tv. The picture and sound is great. Easy to use once you understand the the controller. Wish the print was larger being a senior kinda hard to read.

Picture is fine, the processor is very slow and buffers way too much. I have conducted speed tests close to the tv and it receives excellent speeds. It’s as if the tv is running 100 programs in the background.

The TV was great for the first two weeks or so then it became unresponsive with the remote and then the picture started to dim. We had no choice but to return it.

This TV is great. It has a very clear picture and has all of the best apps already loaded. It is very easy to use. It also loads channels and app choices very fast.

TV works great once we figured out the remote. Have all Samsung TVs in both homes. Not happy with only one of the TVs and that being the 50" one. Let's say it's not the best unit.

We hate the TV. It’s hard to find things on it. It’s hard to download apps to watch movies. We hate everything about it. We’ll never buy another one again. Wish I hadn’t bought this one. The remote is just awful horrible to try to function with.

Still Fabulous picture quality. I wish there was an upgrade of the OS available to accept newer APPS that current tv models accept, but this doesn't because of age limitations.

I absolutely LOVE this tv! I just moved to a new house and bought it for my bedroom. Its super clear, easy to navigate, smooth and fast! Highly recommend!
