I used to eat these all the time as favorite snack. However, sometime in the past year, the recipe changed and the result is not a flavor I like. I will not be purchasing these any longer.

Nature valley bars are great for snacking on the go but they make too much of a mess when eating them. There is no clean way to eat a nature valley bar

We keep a box of these in the pantry. A great quick grab snack for breakfast or in between meals. The flavor is sweet from the honey and the crunch of the granola is satisfying. Crumbs do get everywhere but it's worth it.

While they taste okay, I am always worried I will break my teeth trying to bite into these things. Once I do, I get crumbs everywhere due to them being so brittle. They have a good flavor. But I wouldn't call them convenience food.
