I take a LOT of medicine 1st thing in the morning. If I don't have food in my stomach, I'll vomit up my meds. These granola bars are just enough food to keep my meds down. These bars are a multi-purpose treat! I pack them in my purse for a quick snack. I also crunch them up in the bag and then sprinkle the crumble on my yogurt! Delicious!!

I like these. Quality granola in a quick format. Great for a snack like plain or dipping in yogurt. Also great for grabbing something on the go like eating while driving or in your backpack.
