The break apart SO easily. They're pretty good taste wise, but don't try sticking this in your purse or work bag or you'll just have granola. I still love them, they fill me up, but I have to be careful where I store.

Nature Valley Crunch Granola Bars are great for breakfast or a snack. Sometimes I like to crush one up and put it in yogurt if I don't have granola around!

These were a staple in my lunchbox growing up they are delicious and I still eat them today although sometimes I like to crumble them over ice cream now

These are the OG of granola bars. I think they have a lot of sugar and calories for a snack. They are considered an energy bar not a low calorie food. So, you could gain weight with these if you're not careful.
