Due to the fact that I suffer from low blood sugar (Hypoglycemia) I make it a point to always have a pack in my purse. They are crunchy, and have just the right amount of sugar and honey.

But it is so crunchy that it can make a bit of a mess as far as crumbs getting everywhere but also I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO BE A SNACK FOR ANY CHILDREN WHO CANNOT FULLY EAT ON THEIR OWN! However, you can barley open the packaging. Your hands better not have any moisture because you will not be able to grip it enough to pull it apart to open it. I would like that to change.

I really enjoy these granola bars. I had one in a work meeting and I've been hooked since -- I buy the big pack 2x a month and eat one every morning for breakfast. They're delicious and just filling enough to satisfy any hunger until lunch. I would recommend this product. Also, I am close friends with an agricultural researcher, and I think bioengineered food is absolutely the future of sustainability. Please keep it up!

I'm confused by this. I bought a box about 2 weeks ago, and really liked them because they were thin and crispy. So I bought a bigger box yesterday and the wrapper is different, but more importantly, the bars are thicker and not as crispy! They seem to be thicker and shorter than the ones I previously got. Which is a huge disappoinment because I really liked them the other way. And I'm not interested in this texture/thickness. I would've definitely said 5 stars at the previous ones but not these.

The apparent recipe change between the recent box of Oats 'n Honey Granola Bars and the previous box of 49 pouches has left a bad taste in our mouth (literally). The bars now have a consistancy and mouth feel of sawdust with few oats seen. What have you done? This is the last product we will purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nature Valley Crunchy oats and granola is my favorite of all the Nature Valley products. I have to get a couple of boxes of these each time I do a full grocery shopping. These are great for a snack any time of the day and are excellent with my coffee in the mornings. They are also good as an after lunch snack. I love that they have two in each package, which is plenty for a snack. I've even broken them up and sprinkled them on top of my salads in place of croutons to get that little bit of crunch with my salads.
