[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are a classic granola bar; when someone says the word granola bar this is usually what I picture. I know that this is a tride and true quality product that won't fail me. I gave this review a 4 star rating, because last time I purchased this product the wrappers for the granola bars were so difficult to open, I had to have a pair of scissors to cut them, which is very convenient if your on the road.

I have always loved the Oats n Honey bars but I recently bought a 24 pk and found some were stale. Then I saw where you have made the wrappers recyclable. I love to recycle but I wonder if this may have caused my bars to be stale. The expiration date on the package was Dec 2022 and they were bought in April. I appreciate your endeavors to recycle but not to have your product go stale. Many recycle centers do not take small paper items because they fall through the rollers. In today’s rise of food cost there comes be a balance between fresh food or recycle paper. I’m not buying paper I’m buying breakfast bars. I do recycle the box. No problem!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Crunchy and sweet, but not overly sweet. I always enjoy them as breakfast or a quick snack. Good to eat solo or combined with yogurt. Very filling. Just the right size. My grandchildren enjoy them as well which makes it difficult to keep them stocked in my house.

The Oats and Honey Granola Bars are a perfect food in my opinion. They are good to eat at anytime. I love the crunch. It has just the right amount sweetness and it provides the fiber I need. I'm diabetic and it great for a snack or dessert. Thank you Nature Valley. Oh..did I mention I've eaten Nature Valley Crunchy Granola Bars for more than 10 years?

Who is the engineering dropout that changed the wrapping on a crunchy fragile bar from one that tore easily to expose the bar to a wrapper that is so difficult to open without scissors that it is almost impossible to open without crushing he bar. Love the bar, but won’t buy more until wrapping changed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not expect any granola bars to taste as good until I discovered Natural Valley’s crunchy oat and honey nuts granola bar. This yummy treat is great for traveling and makes a great snack, especially when you are on a diet or when you just want something to chew on. Must try! Once you bite into the deliciousness, you will forget about everything but the sweet and crunchy taste.

The new plastic wrappers are terrible. Completely impossible to open unless you have actual scissors on hand, which I don't know about the general population, but I myself don't typically carry a pair of scissors in my bag. They just stretch and will never open, and I get it's because Nature Valley wants to appear more eco-conscious because it's good for marketing (these actually can't be recycled unless you drive them to a special recycling collection location). If you really wanted to make a good product, try recycled paper or something compostable, not just more plastic that is markedly worse than your last packaging.

I’ve recently discovered I have celiac. My office will occasionally have these for snacks among other meals. They do not list gluten so I thought they were ok. I kept getting sick though. Finally figured out it’s these god forsaken bars that are triggering extreme nausea. General Mills should be ashamed for being so careless.
