[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These bars are extremely convenient and I love the flavor. I keep one in my purse at all times. You get 2 thin bars per pack. These make a perfect snack in between meals. They are low calorie as well and low fat.

I have purchased these bars regularly for years now, but I simply won't anymore. I see where others have had the same complaint and while I don't know for sure -- but I do know by taste -- that the recipe was changed and they simply aren't worth buying. Not only is the taste dramatically worse, it also leaves a powdery residue in your mouth. Let me know when you switch back to the better/original recipe!

I honestly thought my natures valley crunchy oats and honey bar was poisoned because there was such a bad chemical after taste that I had never experienced before. It was also not crunchy at all, but the date was good until May 2025 and it is only October 2024 so I knew it had not expired. I am sensitive to anything “diet” such as diet soda which leaves me with a chemical after taste. This bar must have changed ingredients at some point. I now know not not to purchase it again.

Nature Valley has been here by my side since I was in Long Term Jail in 2011. This was our daily snack given to us twice a day, and since then this has been my snack of choice ever since! When I get a little hungry I grab one or two of these to hold me over or when I go to bed just get me a little snack in my dm belly and I am off to sleep. I also love Nature Valleys different varieties and I definitely would like to try more but this has always been my favorite snack!

I like the taste of these, but the photo shows the ingredients include canola oil, while the product packaging says "canola and/or sunflower oil." I can't eat sunflower oil, so that was disappointing. Ingredients photo needs updating...and why can't manufacturers tell you exactly what's in their product??

If your looking for a quick, light snack, don't look any further. A great source of fiber, for when your on the go. Also a big hit with the kids, my son loves them. Your new late night snack...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Nature Valley Oats N’ Honey granola bars! An excellent source of fiber and a great crunchy treat that never disappoints. I recommend them to anyone seeking an alternative to candy bars as way to tide you over to your next meal or for a late night snack.

This is one of my favorite breakfast bars, but lately I’ve noticed on the label of ingredients it says that it contains bio engineered ingredients, which really bother me especially with all of the talk of bugs being added in or food like crickets. I don’t think I’m going to be buying this product anymore and it makes me sad because I really love the flavor or at least I did.
