First of all, this mattress was shipped in a 4.5’ x 2’ squared box. Amazingly well packaged and small enough to make it mobile. I was able to move it by myself upstairs. Upon taking out of the box it was only about 2” thick, opened the seal and it opened to a king size bed 13” thick. Have slept on the mattress for about a week and it’s been amazing, wife has a bad back(spinal fusion) and she loves it, has helped her back a lot. May not help everyone but it helped her. I would definitely recommend it. It also comes with a top layer that can be taken off and washed separately to help keep the mattress even cleaner and fresh. This mattress should last for years to come!!

Got this mattress in the queen, firm version. To start with the likes: arrived packaged well - heavy but manageable and actually more manageable for one person than other brands (e.g. Purple); easy to set up, has a great cover that is removable with a zipper. Now the concerns: it is very soft for being the "firm" version, so not likely to be supportive if you need firmness, I will have to see how this goes over time but right now this ok. I think I will need an adjustable bed base though. It comes with a factory smell, but I'm optimistic that will fade with time. It is slightly smaller than my queen from Purple - still fits the frame and sheets fine. Overall fine. Will also have to test out the cooling feature in the warmer weather this summer but hopeful that will be a plus as I am a hot sleeper!

Love the extras of this mattress. The mattress has a luxurious cover texture. It feels almost cooling. There are built in handles on the corners of the mattress to help with moving without trying to grip the edge of the bed itself.

My husband is a furnace and produces a lot of body heat. Wanted to try a new option to help with this. Got this mattress as it’s labeled a cooling mattress. Perfect addition for our recent bedroom remodel.

My daughter’s bed had been handed down more than a few times, so she needed a new bed! Came across this Member’s Mark mattress and had to give it a shot, it was packaged super tightly… it’s a multi person lift for sure! I can’t even guess how much this weighed vac sealed! We got it up in place and tore off the clear sealed package and watched it rise… it’s like magic! It’s slowly breaking in and becoming softer, but it’s pretty firm out the box! When laying on it, it conforms to your body so well that you will leave divots in it when you get up, they do expand and go away though! The mattress shell is super high end and smooth, and the added handles are robust and make moving this thing a lot easier! Over all this mattress is a home run on Member’s Marks part, and I would highly recommend it to everyone looking for a medium/firm - firm mattress! Gel memory foam, and a great material shell make this very high end!

Overall, the mattress is pretty comfortable. It took a little time to get used to, as all new mattresses do. I can’t really comment on the cooling portion of the memory foam, since it’s the winter and I keep my house pretty cool at night. Looking forward to seeing how that feels in the summer!

This mattress from Sam’s Club has quality and it’s functionality is great, and I appreciated how easy the purchase and delivery process was and the best part is came ready out of the box. The mattress was as advertised but it wasn’t the right fit for me. I still recommend checking it out, as it’s definitely a solid product, and the customer service was excellent throughout the process. I’m sure it works wonderfully for others, just not for me personally.

It’s been 5 days since I received my Mattress in King-size, and I’m happy overall. The mattress arrived in a large box, vacuum-sealed and delivered by FedEx. The box is pretty heavy, so you’ll need two people to unpack it. Once unrolled, it takes around 15 minutes for the mattress to fully expand to its 13-inch thickness. I went with the firm option, and at first, it felt pretty hard when I lay down. However, after a few moments, the mattress started to adjust to my body. It’s nice how it adapts, but I still continue to feel the firmness. If you’re not used to a firm mattress, it might take a few nights to get used to it, and you may not sleep well at first. But doctors suggest firm mattresses are great for people with back issues, so if that’s your case, it could really help. If you don’t have back problems, I’d recommend choosing the medium option. It offers a good balance—not too firm, not too soft. All in all, the mattress feels well-made, and for the price, it’s a solid deal. Just make sure you’re sure about the firmness level because returning it would be difficult due to its size and weight.
