This mattress is firm yet soft in all the right ways. We will be using slats unstead of box springs. The packaging it came in made it eash to transport to our new home. Once unboxed, the mattress was quick to expand and take shape. So excited tp be sleeping on it soon!

Overall a good mattress. We’ve use this mattress for about 2 weeks. The setup was super easy as you just had to take it out of the box and let it do its thing. It is a firmer mattress so if you prefer it not to be so firm make sure you have a topper.

First of all, this mattress was shipped in a 4.5’ x 2’ squared box. Amazingly well packaged and small enough to make it mobile. I was able to move it by myself upstairs. Upon taking out of the box it was only about 2” thick, opened the seal and it opened to a king size bed 13” thick. Have slept on the mattress for about a week and it’s been amazing, wife has a bad back(spinal fusion) and she loves it, has helped her back a lot. May not help everyone but it helped her. I would definitely recommend it. It also comes with a top layer that can be taken off and washed separately to help keep the mattress even cleaner and fresh. This mattress should last for years to come!!

I would have loved to give this 4.5 stars because my small gripes with the product are so easily fixed. Starting out with the positives: - This mattress feels top quality and that it will hold up for a long time - The mattress itself does a great job at dissipating heat, so it's awesome for people who like to stay cool - Didn't have the funky memory foam smell I expected! - Popped into shape quickly (less than a day) - When they said firm, they meant it. My body didn't create any forms in the memory foam. - Arrived way more compact than I expected, which was a bonus for moving the mattress through some narrow hallways. My two small negatives - The box it was delivered had punch out handles which would have been a huge positive, but they were not strong enough to move the box with, defeating the point, ripping the box, and making it a for sure two person job. - I understand that firm means firm, but I expect a small amount of give to a memory foam so it kind of locks you in place as you sleep. I think this mattress paired with a pillow topper will be next level.

Mattress is great! Came vacuum sealed in a big box, is VERY HEAVY, 2 man job for sure. We were able to get it grilled and vacuum seal off and it “inflated” very quickly. Firm mattress compared to our current one but very soft at the same time. Fits perfect in top of ten box springs.

The breathable fabric cover does an excellent job of regulating temperature for this Gel Memory Foam mattress. The firmness is just right, and the mattress provides support where my body needs it most. My spouse and I can barely feel each other's movements on this mattress. It cradles my hips and shoulders perfectly, alleviating pressure points for a pain-free morning. The mattress arrived in a well packed box, well-compressed, and easy to carry. It regained its shape in just a few hours after unboxing, The attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the mattress and the materials feel high-quality and durable Investing in a good mattress is essential, and this one is an amazing value for its quality—it has truly transformed our bedroom into a luxurious retreat.

Got this mattress in the queen, firm version. To start with the likes: arrived packaged well - heavy but manageable and actually more manageable for one person than other brands (e.g. Purple); easy to set up, has a great cover that is removable with a zipper. Now the concerns: it is very soft for being the "firm" version, so not likely to be supportive if you need firmness, I will have to see how this goes over time but right now this ok. I think I will need an adjustable bed base though. It comes with a factory smell, but I'm optimistic that will fade with time. It is slightly smaller than my queen from Purple - still fits the frame and sheets fine. Overall fine. Will also have to test out the cooling feature in the warmer weather this summer but hopeful that will be a plus as I am a hot sleeper!

This matress was delivered very quickly. Once pulled out of the box it quickly took shape. It's very comfortable. The cover zips off for easy washing. Under the cover there is another layer protecting the matress, so no worries about the foam inside when cleaning the cover.

I love how thick and comfy this mattress is. I always run hot while sleeping and I have a bed jet, in order to give this a chance to prove its “cooling” feature I didn’t use my bed jet one night and really didn’t notice cooling a lot. Overall, it’s a pretty good mattress.

So far this mattress has been very comfortable and I've been able to sleep comfortably since day one. I'm a side sleeper who easily wakes up sore if i sleep the wrong way or in one position for too long. So far this past week I have had no issues falling and staying asleep on it nor waking up sore. I hope it holds up and doesnt sag or break down easily. It's two people and kids and no complaints as of yet. I'm very picky and I can say I recommend this mattress especially for the price. Also, members mark generally makes good products.
