Overall great vacuum. One downfall the tube where it meets the vacuum head doesn’t lock when upright so you can’t store easily without propping it against something. Not free standing

This vacuum works good for hard floor and short carpet, not for medium or shag type carpets. No adjustments on the vacuum for carpet heights. If all you have is hardwood flooring and short, I mean short, carpets then this will do.

I purchased this vacuum based on the good reviews and as a backup to my Mova P10 Pro Ultra Mop/Vac Robot. I used this vacuum for the first time today, and I am seriously disappointed for so many reasons!! It is heavy, bulky, and does not swivel very well, the head is tall and it doesn't fit under furniture. My mop/vac robot does a far more superior job than this vacuum. This vacuum just kicks crumbs around, and the suction is terrible. Save your money - do NOT buy this vacuum.

This vacuum works great on hardwood and also stairs. Was surprised how much it picked up! Easy to install on the wall!

Hurts your hand from holding it, gets stuck on certain rugs, lasts 20 minutes on the eco setting. Returned it faster then it took to ship to me.

Was good to use We only got to use twice and were unable to use it again as the battery wouldn't take charge.

We have two dogs with long hair that shut a lot, and this works perfect for picking up all their hair. The no tangle around the brush is phenomenal.

It is not good for small carpets and keeps shutting off on wall to wall carpet even with fully charged battery.

It doesn’t suck the dirt all the way up! Super weak just drops it all back down! Very disappointing!!

Does not do a great job on cat hair which is why I bought it. Adequate on general uses. Next time I will buy a Shark
