mine didnt come with the crevice tool or the part that goes on the holder thing for holding said crevice tool, but tbh the 1 attatchment that did come with it i feel can do the job of the crevice tool as well (the one with the brush thing around it) and i absolutely adore this vacuum. my favorite part is the light to indicate when the area your vacuuming is fully done, my carpets havent felt this nice in a long time id 10/10 recommend getting this vacuum

Use only if you have wood floors and no rugs.

Very unhappy with the performance of this vaccum cleaner. It's advertised as excellent for pet hair and it is not. The roller brush attachment for carpets and rugs burns out with very little resistance. This is not a high performance vaccum.

Overall great vacuum. One downfall the tube where it meets the vacuum head doesn’t lock when upright so you can’t store easily without propping it against something. Not free standing

It’s a little heavy for a handheld, but for the price the vacuum is great. The wall install is actually very convenient, but it can be leaned against a wall and charged.

thus vaccum has worked great so far. The battery lasts a lot time. the suction is powerful. you can't vaccum small rugs but it works great on my large area rug. It is loud, though.

This vacuum works good for hard floor and short carpet, not for medium or shag type carpets. No adjustments on the vacuum for carpet heights. If all you have is hardwood flooring and short, I mean short, carpets then this will do.

Sweeps great! but...battery dont ladt long enought to sweep 1300 sq.ft. home...and the exhaust air is vented wrong, should have been vented up not toward the floor.

Mine stopped charging right away but I loved this vacuum so much I would give it a second chance and hope I just got a dud. The auto detect and tangle free features are amazing and make it worth purchasing over the non pet version

I unpackaged everything and the vacuum was easily put together, however, the plug that connects to the battery does not fit properly and is causing the vacuum to not charge.
