I've had Dyson, I've had Shark and I will forever buy a Tineco. Best vacuum EVER! Easy to use, lightweight, easy to clean, suction power is better than any of the aforementioned other brands. We have a Golden Retriever and have to vacuum daily. This is the perfect vacuum if you have pets or if you want ease of use. Great for older people that need something light weight.

The Tineco Go Pet cordless vacuum is fantastic! Super lightweight, powerful suction, and amazing for pet hair. The attachments make cleaning furniture and tight spots so easy. Battery lasts plenty long for quick cleanups. Highly recommend! Long time Tineco customer here!!!

Nice vacuum cleaner in general, however, I can't mount it close to an electric outlet to allow for charging when stowed on the supplied holder rack. When I use it for about 20 minutes or so I recharge the battery and it takes well over an hour to recharge which is the only real downside. It takes maybe 3 plus hours to recharge (after only using for maybe 20 minutes) and can't stow the vacuum on the rack provided until the battery is charged because it stows on a slot under the battery.

It gets the job done. However, the battery life is poor. I have to recharge in between vaccuming the house, especially since I use the turbo? I feel that thats the only way it sucks up the trash. Hard to reach edges well.

We love Tineco. Have been buying them for years. This one is great but a bit too heavy. Not the products fault, I'm just getting older.

The vacuum part works ok, but the attachment part does not work at all

The weight distribution for where the motor is and the shape of the handle makes it extremely difficult to manage and balance. Note that I am an older woman with issues with my hands however the previous Tineco vacuum that I owned was ideal.

This is my 1st "pet vac" and I really had high expectations, My previous Dyson and Shark vacs simply weren't great, and sadly, I am underwhelmed by this Tineco. Yes, the battery run time is pretty good (but it's a new battery) and the dust/dirt cup can be easily emptied, without removing other tools first. But said dust cup is very small (and I have 4 pets) and it fills up too quickly to be of any convenience. The job gets done but there is no magic for me with this vacuum. The instructions were ok for 1st setup but there was NOTHING included about charging light indicators and also nothing on the Tineco website

When this vacuum is working, it works great. It picks up all the hair on my tile and hardwood floors easily, way better than the brooms and Swiffers I was using before, and with a lot less time and effort on my part. The problem is that the stick in the middle, which connects the brushhead to the other end of the vacuum (with the canister, battery, motor, etc.), somehow has a faulty / unreliable connection, which means the motor would be running but the brushhead would lose power and stop spinning. (I bought this vacuum about a week ago and this problem started happening on my second use). I called Tineco who offered to provide a replacement stick, but I don't know if they can guarantee it won't happen again. The second problem is that the battery runs down quickly. Yahoo reviewers said the battery runs for an hour at full charge, and I can say for sure it doesn't -- more like 30-40 minutes at best. And then it takes 3-4 hours to recharge. Using this vacuum daily (which is necessary because my dog sheds like crazy) is pretty much impossible. I will be researching alternatives and will plan on returning this product. It's a pity because, as I said, when it works, it works very well. It's just not reliable enough.
