Once I got my first I knew I could never go back and compared to the other OLED's on the market this is best one there is! Perfect for gaming and amazing for movies. Everyone is always impressed when they come over to watch movies or play games.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just set up my LG C5 77" yesterday, upgrading from a 50" TV, and I'm genuinely blown away. Going from 50" to 77" is a massive jump. At first, I thought it might be too big, but after a few hours, I can't imagine going back. Plugged in PS5 and played FIFA and The Last of Us to test it out. FIFA looks incredibly smooth - the grass textures, player kits, and stadium details are so crisp. The 120/144Hz really shows during fast camera pans. The Last of Us is where this TV really shines. The colors are phenomenal - the overgrown environments, lighting through broken windows, character details in cutscenes... it's like playing a different game. The OLED blacks make dark scenes actually atmospheric instead of washed out. Watched some movies last night and the picture quality is stunning. The color depth and HDR content really pop. Details I never noticed before are crystal clear. I'm already thrilled with this purchase. If you're considering the upgrade to OLED and this size, don't hesitate. The picture quality for both gaming and movies is absolutely worth it.

The picture quality is just super clean and natural, with deep blacks and realistic colors without oversaturation. Out of the box it already looked good, and after a bit of tweaking it's become amazing for everything — movies, shows, sports, all of it just looks perfect and the size makes it feel pretty cinematic at home. For gaming, though, it really shines. Input lag feels very low, and once Game Mode is on, everything just responds instantly on PS5/PC. 4K at high refresh rates, VRR, and those HDMI 2.1 ports make it easy to plug in multiple devices and not think about it again. HDR games look great too — bright highlights, detailed dark areas, and no weird smearing or ghosting in fast scenes. If you're into gaming and also want something that's just solid for everyday watching, this has been a amazing upgrade.

The remote is genuinely terrible. It constantly activates a very ugly and cumbersome pointer. I thought upon setting up the TV that I could easily go into settings and disable it, but no, I discover that it is a permanent built in feature that cannot be disabled. I do further research and find that this has been a problem for years, with people begging for another option and LG ignoring them. For a premium OLED TV, that is honestly unacceptable, the TV should be easy to use out of the box and not feel like it is actively fighting against you as you try to navigate content and settings. It may be a solvable issue using third party hardware, but due to the fact that the TV is very annoying and difficult to use without additional purchases and doesn't give a tiny toggle in the settings to disable “magic pointer” forever (while loading up the TV with bloat and software that the user will never want to use, such as an AI chatbot), I am not able to give this TV higher than one star. Hopefully, if enough people speak out, LG will listen and the TV will be usable out of the box.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has been a fantastic upgrade from my previous TV that suddenly died. The remote takes some getting use to, but I like it overall. Very responsive and fluid operating system and a crisp picture.

Scenes with pitch black do not have any backlight glow. The TV is bright, colors are vivid, and the contrast is excellent . . . 5 Stars!!!!

The picture quality, sound, technology features are amazing and meeting the customers expectations at every level. love watching movies, sports and other entertainment with family together. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for OLED version TV given the price and quality of the product.

The 83-inch size is perfect for my family room, which gets a lot of natural light from 4 windows. I was concerned about brightness, but this OLED is more than bright enough—colors pop, blacks are deep, and contrast is fantastic. Plus, the TV is surprisingly slim for its size, which gives it a sleek, modern look that fits well with my decor. Gaming is a huge upgrade too. The HDMI 2.1 and 120Hz refresh rate make my PS5 experience smooth with no lag. Streaming content looks amazing with Dolby Vision and HDR10+ support. The interface is fast, and the Magic Remote is super easy to use. While it's decent for everyday use, I can tell that a soundbar would really take things to the next level. Overall, I'm really happy with this TV. It's a big step up from my previous model, and the picture quality is stunning. I'm giving it 4.8 out of 5—just a small dip in sound stops it from being perfect.

My OLED panel gives you deep blacks, clear highlights, and rich colors that stay consistent no matter what you watch. I handle fast action well, so sports and gaming look clean and fluid. My interface is webOS, and I try to keep things quick for you. Apps load fast, and the Magic Remote makes it easy to jump around without feeling lost in menus. Gamers usually like me because I support 4K at 120 Hz, have very low input lag, and work smoothly with the latest consoles. My speakers do the job for regular TV, though I admit I sound better paired with a good soundbar. I am thin, light, and look sharp on the wall or a stand. Overall, I take pride in delivering strong performance, simple usability, and a large cinematic screen that feels good for movies, shows, and games. If you want a TV that is reliable and easy to live with, I do my part well.

I couldn't be happier with my TV (77in C5)!! You can customize the image to your hearts desire... Blue light or or off, AI on or off, brightness is ridiculous, etc. I am really happy with this TV! Only thing I'd change is to add the ability to remove the pointer feature (Where you can select things with the remote pointed at the screen). Image wise, the G5 is overkill bc this C5 leaves me with 0 wishes for an upgrade!! Its been 2 weeks and I'm amazed at how amazing everything looks!!
