The use of the smart function is hit or miss. Even when I have being using it for BBC iplay on one day it may not work the next. I keep getting the message "I keep getting "host name does not match server certificate". I have switched server and TV on and off and checked for software updates but still works sometimes and not others.

As a LG customer, it is as pictured. Color is vivid and the sound is great. It easy yo hang .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product at the price point. Disappointing that there is no 'quick start guide' or a 'Web Link' or 'QR Code' to a user manual included. It's not totally intuitive to me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great tv, just had this for 2 weeks, 65 inch version is a great size, not too overwhelming. Screen is bright, colours are impressive, especially watching in HD or even better in UHD. Set up was easy enough following instructions on the screen. Only downside was when trying to attach the feet to the tv, this was very difficult, holes didn't line up properly. LG should come up with a better design/method to attach the feet. Overall though I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this tv

Very nice

Bought in December 2025, and yesterday, March 29th, there is no sound, only a popping noise. Sad but true. Only 3 1/2 months.
