No Stars. The caption does say open box and the screen at the top ant the bottom of the tv was extremely cracked it's not acceptable. I have not got in contact with the sellers. Once the situation is resolved I will update my review.

TV is fine for price point Neither LG nor my cable provider (Astound) could solve problem I was having with HDMI error. What a complete waste of time. Bought 2 additional HDMI cords and had astound out twice.
