The most important part (the bed itself) is great. Does everything it is supposed to. However, if you expect to use the companion app don't get your hopes up. Even if you can figure out the Bluetooth Mac addresses for each side of the he'd you would have to select it each time you open the app. Once you try to select the Mac addresses (for those who don't know this is a unique alphanumeric address for Bluetooth devices) it will not connect. There is no pairing no wizard no nothing. The app flat out does not work. In addition it looks like a middle school project. Very disappointing in that regard. But, the bed works so that's good. Just had hopes of integrating bed control into my local home automation setup. Suppose if I want to do that I'll be figuring out how to programatically interact with the bed all on my own.

Fits perfectly inside our Queen Cherry Poster Bed in place of the box springs with matching vertical height to original bed set. We were ready to return our new hybrid mattress (hard as a rock), but are now able to adjust with the head and feet slightly raised to give a cradling effect even for side sleep position. The pillow tilt is nice for reading or watching TV while lying down, or added comfort with the head raised. The lift motors are very smooth and quiet; the massage vibrators are louder (especially on 'low'), but the bed is also on hardwood floors with little sound dampening. Bottom-line: Highly recommend, great price ($300-400 less than comparable) and fits inside existing bedframe.

After only getting one of two pieces, FedEx has a Master tracking number and then another tracking number on the 2nd part. FedEx delivered the box with the master tracking number took a picture and my delivery was final. FedEx automated customer service prevented me from getting to a human for two days. I finally got to a human and was told my package 📦 was delivered, now I had to explain how to see the other tracking number to FedEx customer service representative she was nice and click on the links I asked her to and then she started a process to rerouting my lost pakage back to me. I had actually talked to Sam's Club and was told I received my package they were satisfied. Four days latter FedEx was telling me my package is lost and they don't seem to care. Back to Sam's club that first guy hung up on me because I paid for something and only received half, and the camouflage of FedEx showed I received my package and anybody looking at the picture hwould believe I was a lying, corporate America gotta fix the dumb the concept of the master tracking number was new to me and I don't know the FedEx Sam's Club shipping and product delivery system but I have to explain it, to everybody I talk to about getting what I paid for delivered. Sam's Club has automated return if your missing parts so I clicked that and started a return ticket with a replacement shipment not really sure what that was gonna do. At this point it is like a new video game pushing buttons to see what happens. I called Sam's Club customer service to speak with a supervisor. He followed my instructions on how to see the second package 📦 he put me on hold and talked to FedEx by the end of the call he assured me FedEx would be rerouting my package back to me. Itold him about the replacement shipment and asked him to cancel it. FedEx found my package in Kernersville NC and tracking showed it was actually heading here for the third time. FedEx was showing another master tracking number and another camouflaged tracking number heading my way. Things are really moving now I got one of two pieces here the list package 📦 rerouted for the second time actually heading here with a replacement shipment heading here. Delivery day FedEx guy at the door, he has the lost package 📦 and the replacement shipment 📦 📦 and a shipping label to pick up the 📦 I have for the return. So I give him the one I have take two 📦 📦 from him and refuse the third 📦 . Finally I have both halves of my California King Adjustable Bed Base 🛌. I assemble it since the mattress arrived three days ago. I get it together ❤️ batteries in the remote jumper wire connected bed works fine. Unit on right as you lay in it is noisy when raising and lowering the foot of the bed. Having all the trouble getting this thing here I deal with the noise. I don't want to disassemble this bed my old one was crap and I'm not putting it together while I go thru the BS of another replacement as it would have to be packed reday for shipment when FedEx arrived with a 25% possibility of it being noisy after all four pieces were here and I kept two random selection and one of those is noisy.

This is the 3rd purchase of adjustable bases for my household - and this one is hands down the best. Just had to connect legs - which come in multiple sections so that you can easily decide on best height for your nightstand, etc. What impressed me the most is that the price doesn't reflect on the quality and function. Remote has multiple functions - all worked right out of the box. More functions than my way more expensive ones. Without a doubt I would highly recommend this purchase.

This was the best purchase of the year, no joke! Easy set-up. The bed is quite heavy, but is folded in half in the box. Faster set-up with two people. Easily fit inside of an older head/footboard frame with ease and moved freely without rubbing against the wood. Personally, I think this product should have cost more than it did, after sleeping on it for two weeks. The pillow tilt is separate from the upper body tilt and the foot tilt works well. The motor is fairly quiet, unless utilizing the massage selection (which puts me to sleep quicker than any sleeping aide tried thus far)! Amazing product, amazing features, and so happy this bed frame came through my feed.

The product is great, but good luck with getting it delivered undamaged. After the third one, I gave up and asked for a discount for the damage and hassle, which they agreed to. Pretty good customer service. I really like the bed and needed it desperately for a medical condition. But, could have gone without the delivery complications.

I live this base. I already had a mattress that would work with it. It arrives in one box and is heavy so be aware of your circumstances and be ready to deal with it. My much younger neighbors had agreed to get it upstairs, thankfully, so be aware it is heavy. Once unboxed it is a simple open up, cut cables holding leg assembly and power cord boxes to frame and connect. Fairly easy to flip over. Remote connected right up and sleep has been wonderful. I am hating the idea of hotels and no adjustable bed or visiting and no bed. Positions are easily adjustable and I love it!!! The massage and usb ports were not a feature I was looking for and, as expected, the massage feature is just a vibration and if you are a fan of massages not worth much. Reminds me of the beds, long ago, in hotels where you could drop in a quarter and called magic fingers

Great product and value! I did LOTS of research before buying this product. It has the most desirable and useful features that many consumer reviews noted. I love the height, heavy structure, quietness of motion (including motors and vibrators), wireless remote and app for my phone. The Members Mark app does not work properly, but the same company makes different apps... so I use the Q-Plus Adjustable Remote app by South Bay International Inc. It works perfectly, so my wife uses the remote and I use my phone app. Elevating my feet helps blood flow in my legs and my feet/legs stay warmer when I sleep. The position I love sleeping is 5 degrees head elevation and 11 degrees feet elevation. I save the setting on the remote memory settings, so it is easy to find before dozing off. I bought this adjustable base bed frame (Queen size) about a month ago for use with a 12” thick memory foam mattress. I am so happy with my purchase! Shipping: super fast. They estimated 2 weeks for shipping, but it was delivered 2 DAYS after I placed the order! Assembly: this frame is pretty heavy but my husband was able to get it up the stairs. I think unpacking it is a 2 person job as it’s heavy and awkward to slide it off the cardboard by yourself. It took longer to tear the cardboard off than to set it up once it was out of the box. Function: the head and foot adjustments are great. We don’t use the pillow tilt option, but it’s there for those who need it. The remote lets you save 2 custom adjustments, so when you find your perfect head/foot levels you can save them. Massage: has 3 levels of vibration- I think it’s supoosed to be high/medium/low intensity, but it feels more like fast/medium/slow vibrate. The massage function lasts 10 mins before automatically shutting off (I think 20-30mina would be better, we usually restart the massage once or twice before falling asleep). We use it on the slow/low function because it feels a little stronger. I think our thick memory foam dulls the vibration. We are looking into a pocketed coil mattress, which I hope will allow the vibrations to transfer a little better. The reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars for the review is because I think the massage needs to be longer and stronger. Noise: when you send a command with the remote, the bed makes a click sound signalling that the command is received. I don’t find the adjustments to be too noisy, but there is a whirring noise as it adjusts. The massage is loudish, but it’s a good white noise. The frame is very sturdy and doesn’t creak/thump/etc when getting on or off the bed. All in all I am thrilled with the value for the price. We looked at many mattress stores and a comparable base with all the same features averaged around $1,200-1,800. For just around $500 this is a steal and I highly recommend it!

This adjustable bed frame has been a total game changer for my overall well being. I have a rheumatic disorder that can cause horrible pain at night leading to poor sleep. With simple adjustments of this frame I have been able to get into comfortable positions that take the weight off my achy body parts. There are so many options of position and the vibration modes are super fun to add as I am reading in bed before I turn out the light. Delivery was quick and flawless, set up was super easy and the quality of the bed frame is very impressive. I am so glad I made this purchase and have become totally spoiled by it.
