This is a great bed.
I’ve had it for a month and I love it.
Extremely easy to setup and everything works as advertised.
I researched many different brands and Member’s Mark was by far the best value with many features other brands did not have.
If you’re shopping for an adjustable bed, this one deserves serious consideration.

Could not be happier with my adjustable bed!

This was the best purchase of the year, no joke! Easy set-up. The bed is quite heavy, but is folded in half in the box. Faster set-up with two people. Easily fit inside of an older head/footboard frame with ease and moved freely without rubbing against the wood. Personally, I think this product should have cost more than it did, after sleeping on it for two weeks. The pillow tilt is separate from the upper body tilt and the foot tilt works well. The motor is fairly quiet, unless utilizing the massage selection (which puts me to sleep quicker than any sleeping aide tried thus far)! Amazing product, amazing features, and so happy this bed frame came through my feed.

Exceeds Expectations

We love the features. We didn’t think we’d use the massage but it surprised us with how relaxing it is. My husband snores and keeps me awake but I raise the head a bit and no more window rattling, lol. It’s fantastic and fit beautifully into our bed frame.

So I’ve had this adj bed frame for about a month, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I’m a very skeptical person, especially when it comes to buying something that is screaming to good to be true, but this frame is an amazing value. I’ve done my research on adj bed frames(and mattresses) and this one is a winner. For once, I actually feel like I got an awesome deal!
So, about the frame. I received the box, and it was large and heavy and to my surprise wasn’t beat up to bad. AndYes, it will take 2 people or a dolly cart. Anyway, got the box to my upstairs and opened it, and it was just as nice as the pictures and description. No assembly besides screwing the legs on and installing the mattress holder thingy at the foot. Material quality is excellent and for the price, I must say, I lowered my expectations a bit but once again to my surprise, I was amazed. The metal, fabric, and all other materials are quality. Also, It does have dual USB ports on each side which they don’t mention for some reason, and 2 massagers for the top and 2 for the foot area with 3 speeds. Also, something that was important to me, it has illuminated buttons on the remote. Overall, and so far, I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. Winning! 
P.S. when I called Sam’s club with questions regarding their website...they told me they would warranty this item for as long as I owned it.

WINNER WINNER!!

Currently in first week of use…so far so good.  Easy to assemble.  Did it by myself and got both boxes to second floor by myself…but I’m a strong man, 61 YO.  Massage is a great feature.  Head tilt is a great feature as most other brands don’t offer this for this price.  Sturdy, able to bend a 12” hybrid split king without issue.  For the money, you can’t beat the features you get for this price.  Other brands do much more pricier.  I’m happy with purchase so far.

Good Purchase Decision

This is the best way to relax in bed without the extra pillows propping you up. With the click of the remote you can move your head or feet up into a relaxing position. It fit inside my daughter’s current headboard. Very easy to set up, no tools needed.

Turn your bed into a comfort zone!

Very easy to put together. Can do by yourself if strong and determined but much easier with second person. This is the second one I have put together, this time by myself. With the second person it is much easier. Love that the company already has felt on the bottom of the legs for the bed. Typical set up can happen in 20 minutes or less. All you have to do is unfold, put on the legs, put upright, and plug in. So easy.

Easy to assemble

This is a quality product, and needs minor assembly, basically unfold it, and put the legs on. Two people can assemble it in less than 15 minutes, includes the removal from the shipping box etc. I've included a photo of the underside so you can see the quality.

First Class Bed made with quality construction

I love it. Have a restfully good night sleep. Adjustable to my correct head and feet lift. Easy to install, no tools needed.

Goodbye Recliner!!

I plan on updating this review one day when this problem is fixed to keep it as it's high reputation it should deserve as it has great features for it's price; but only when the QA threading leg issue is fixed.

Reason for 1 star is NOT because I got a defect, it happens, it's due to the fact I have read multiple reviews from months and months ago with the same issue. The manufactured date on my frame is just a few months back so it still isn't resolved or checked before packaging.

You get 6 legs and 6 holes to put them in. 2 of the holes take any of the 6 legs with no issues, 4 of the holes are not drilled out right or have a wrong sized or coarse threaded nut in them.

You can either force them thru, retap them or exchange, I sadly only got 3 forced thru and the 4th one is just pure stripped. If this were a TV stand or something that didn't move I'd keep it, but since this is a bed to be slept on for ~10 years, a moving bed at that; I do not feel safe with the one main middle leg wobbly. I do feel bad for Sams club having to ship out a new one and paying to take back the old as this is clearly a manufactures defect.

I contacted the manufacture SouthBay International, who imports it, directly thru email 4 days ago and have yet to get a reply, I guess they just take it as acceptable losses, despite it being such an easy fix/check. I think it has not been fixed yet as quite a few people with this issue retap their holes instead of exchanging it as defective so it's not as well reported; being that hundreds of pounds are on it and it moves, I don't want to take that risk.

I would recommend buying it, knowing this risk, as it's price point is unbeatable. Knowing you can exchange without issue (it will take a few weeks to arrive). My 1 star is to hopefully get attention so the defect is fixed and Sams doesn't have to keep paying for the wasted shipping of defects.
