I have plenty of good to say about this adjustable base. I love it! It is whisper quiet ... I can barely hear it when I raise or lower it, which pleasantly surprised me. High-quality product. I have hip pain that used to wake me at night, but since I programmed the base to a comfortable position, I have had no pain while sleeping. This adjustable base is so sturdy that my luxurious mattress is even more comfortable. Very heavy, but easy to set up. My 15-year-old queen bed frame fit perfectly around it. I took out the slats needed for a box spring and dismantled the frame to set the base in place. I thought I might have to use the headboard alone, but the foot board and side rails assembled perfectly to the headboard and around the base, with a little room to spare. No rubbing the bed frame when raising or lowering the base. The extra accessory for using emergency batteries to lower the base during a power outage was a nice surprise too. Two USB ports on each side of the bed made my new adjustable bed my favorite work-from-home space during the COVID-19 quarantine.

A little over priced. I have yet to find the USB port it supposedly has. The pillow tilt doesn’t hardly tilt and the foot lift doesn’t go high enough. The vibrating massage doesn’t work/ is so light u can’t feel it at all!!!! I’m all around disappointed, I feel like I paid $600 to sit up in my bed

This bed base has been a life saver for me. When I was 18 I suffered a car accident which fractured my cervical spine and my right clavicle. I’m now 39 and am in constant pain. Being able to adjust my bed to a zero gravity setting is absolutely life changing for me. My lower back also has some problems and I usually wake up hurting, but not anymore because of this bed base. If you suffer from constant pain please don’t hesitate any longer and purchase this amazing bed base.

I just got this queen-sized adjustable frame a few days ago. Brilliant design. Whoever came up with the fold in half and 6 legs for solid support is genius. I was replacing a queen-sized Serta adjustable frame. We moved the Serta frame to my sister’s which required 3 people and had to put it on top of my van to move (other choice was to remove over 30 screws to dissemble). This Sam’s Club adjustable frame, I was able to move it around and completely install it by myself! It was easy!!! Works wonderfully. You can truly sit up in the bed, the massage is stronger, and having the USB ports to plug in the phone to charge overnight is wonderful.

We purchased this bedframe in 2020. Last month one side quit working. Due to the age we didn't expect much except possibly to find someone to come out and repair it on our dime. Though it took some phone calls I reached the manufacturer directly. They actually answered the phone, in person! We went through some options for correcting the problem. Long story short, they sent me replacement electronics, a YouTube video and assurance that they were always available to help. The replacement went well, NO COST to us and we are now resting easy. This kind of customer service has become so rare I still find it hard to believe it's still out there. Thank you so much for your help!

I have extreme back pain as I await a full spinal fusion. In addition I have sleep apnea and shoot the paint off the walls as my family says. This bed was delivered yesterday. I was able to set it up in under 15 minutes with only the help of my 10 year old child . For the first time in 2 years I was able to get a full nights sleep and so did everyone else because I didn’t snore!!! Game changer!

After reading many reviews I was convinced the only way this could be a bad purchase is if it was damaged prior to receiving it. I finally to the plunge. It is heavy duty. Two people to set up. However, once it set up and in place it worked like it the one's going for thousands of dollars. Quiet motors. Remote easy to use. App online works great once it is connected to the internet. Only issue was I had to take a guess at the name which was Base I5. One connected my Android works the same as the remote. Theoretically can set the bed in a position before I arrived home. Happy with this purchase. Sam's Club did it right this time.

This adjustable bed frame is perfect for my needs. As most reviewers have noted, it is very heavy, 170 pounds. My bedroom is on the second floor so I had to hire two men to carry it upstairs. They recommended that I take one side of my current bedframe off so the adjustable frame could slide right in. That was genius! I screwed on the 6 legs, checked that the wiring was all attached and attached the electrical cord to the back up battery box. It was very simple. It works great with my 12 inch foam mattress that also has a topper on it. I can feel the vibration from the massage settings and I can easily adjust the head and foot settings. I have year round allergies and need the head raised. It is so much better than trying to adjust a few pillows! I also liked how easy it was to change the height of the bed frame. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

I bought a split king . This frame fit right into my exting bed replacing the box springs and it had connection parts that allowed the split frame to work as one unit so I got to use my existing soild king size foam matress. The best mind blowing thing is how sleeping in the zero gravity setting was total game changer for my lower back and hip issues best painless sleep Iv had in year. The only bad thing I can say is I wish I would have bought it sooner.

Really enjoying this adjustable bed. Will never go back to a non adjustable bed. It was so easy to set up. And the fact that I can use my iPhone or iPad Bluetooth connection to adjust the bed is a great feature. I’m also enjoying the massage feature. Helps after doing workout.
