I love it! It is like a queen size recliner. I wanted a bed that allowed me to sleep with my head elevated due to heart burn, it helps! I have a problem with my leg and spend a lot of time with my leg elevated the bed works great. It is more comfortable to read in bed now. One only problem is my sheet comes off at the top but I can live with it.

Buy this base! Do not hesitate. My husband has had blood clots in his leg and had to put pillows to elevate his legs. But wow this base is awesome. We just elevate the foot to comfort. And he also has GERD. Elevate your head as few inches and it’s life changing. It’s also has USB plugs and vibrates!! The price is the best I’ve seen. Came fast!!

Remote and bed wouldn’t pair. Owner’s manual did not match online version or the instructions given on the phone. It spoke of pushing the learn button on the motor, with a light indicating pairing. Then pressing the the learn button on the remote within two seconds. There were no buttons on the motor. (The picture on the included instructions and the picture on the online instructions were different.) There were two openings, no buttons or light indicator. The customer service rep I spoke with in the phone, said you needed a paper clip or pin to double click the learn button on the motor (similar to what to have to do to remove a SIM card from a cell phone). A new motor and remote were sent within 3 days and a technician came to my home and installed the new motor along with pairing the remote. The technician had to redo the wiring layout. When installed the same as the old motor, the foot wouldn’t raise, and the Zero G didn’t work. After multiple tries while using the remote, everything worked fine. He mentioned the new motor installed the opposite of the original.

I have only used the bed now for 2 weeks, it is a nice bed for the price the massage stuff is not that great got a 10 inch memory foam wish i had got a 12 inch but it is sleeping good. I have to sleep tilted up due to health and this works great cause sometimes i have it all way up and can let down to what fits me

I have been shopping for this bed for over a long time. Never thought about Sam’s, what a mistake. It’s been a few days now. This is the best sleep. All parts were included, no tools needed. The box arrived in good condition. Excepting value. Wise purchase. So far So goood. I hope it holds up to the 10 year warranty.

Recently I've been searching for an adjustable bed base and quickly compared this base to the other stores with comparable features. I was pleasantly surprised to see this base was several hundred dollars cheaper than both other local & online stores with the exact same features, and Sams club offered to deliver to my house for free!! What's not to love about that!! I caught the Labor Day sale, quickly ordered it online, and got it delivered within 2 weeks to my front door. The down side is it's heavy (100+ lbs) so you'll need help bringing it in the house. This base is high quality and very well built so the cheaper price is not sacrificing quality. I set it up by myself (I'm a 58 year old woman) which was pretty straight forward. I'm currently using this with my 20-year-old mattress (which I will be replacing in the coming year) so this base works with most top mattresses. This base has many features for your head and legs, adjustments to minimize snoring, different message intensity levels with a timer, but my favorite is the zero gravity. I highly recommend this product and would definitely buy it again!

Arrived in good shape. It is heavy and takes two people to get it setup. Functions well but our new mattress has not arrived yet so we haven't used the functions on it yet. Old mattress actually sleeps more comfortable than with the old box. Can't wait to see how it will work with our new Beautyrest hybrid.

I haven't had the adjustable frame for only two weeks. So far it works great. I am able to use It with my sleep number , p6 queen bed. I would have given it five stars but it is extremely heavy. It took four of us to get it up stairs. I am a single 46 year old woman. You have to have some one to help or it is a no go! I wish they offered a white glove service.

This was such a great purchase!!! My son had bought one at another place, that didn't vibrate, and for a much higher price. But once he had seen mines and liked it so much, he bought himself one and gave his to my other son. The vibration turns off, on its own, after 10 or 15 mins then you have to turn it on again. Once it does go off, you automatically want to turn it on again, it's that gentle or maybe soothing. I'm glad I bought it!

This bed base has been a life saver for me. When I was 18 I suffered a car accident which fractured my cervical spine and my right clavicle. I’m now 39 and am in constant pain. Being able to adjust my bed to a zero gravity setting is absolutely life changing for me. My lower back also has some problems and I usually wake up hurting, but not anymore because of this bed base. If you suffer from constant pain please don’t hesitate any longer and purchase this amazing bed base.
