Not impressed. I've owned a few shark vacuums which I absolutely loved. I have 2 German Shepards and a good vacuum is a must. I will be returning this as soon as I can get another model. It's worth paying a little more

Love this vacuum. Wish the hoses and cord were a bit longer for reaching things. Sadly it went on sale 2 weeks after I bought it. Missed out on huge savings.

Very easy to assemble. Runs flawlessly and easy to maneuver. The pet attack works well. The hose is stiff making use a bit difficult. I purchased on sale. Great product for the money

Would give it a 5 but it is a little loud when doing the carpet feature. Love the feature of the little vacuum head for furniture. Really, really cleaned my rug. Excellent suction for bare floors and rugs. Overall good buy.

The operation of the vac itself is amazing. The amount the canister holds is small and needs to be dumped several times for a 1600 sq ft home at least 4-5 times with 1 rug area. The attachments wont stay in their place and fall off frequently. The cord is not retractable and instead is just a wind up on the side. The vac also will not fit under most furniture for cleaning small tight spaces, attachments need to be used regularly, but guess what they don't stay in their place.. So I have to go get it then put it on and put it back ect...

I have used Shark vacuums for years because they work great. This vacuum is no exception. I have 2 large dogs and a cat so hair is definitely an issue at my house. The added pet attachment works like a champ on my stairs as well as my furniture. If you want a great vacuum at a great price, Shark is the way to go!

I bought this in January of 2024 and didn’t use it for the first few months. Then I used it to vacuum a small room and didn’t use it again for another few months. Used it to vacuum my living room. Cleaned it up and then tried to vacuum my bedroom- not that hard and it could not do it. Washed the filters and cleaned, watched the videos on YouTube, took it apart like they said to clean out the rollers and pulled out the super simple tiny little things that it should’ve sucked up-removed the jam, tried to vacuum and it couldn’t do it. Jammed again within mere inches. It would suck it up when you would push it away from you and then dump it/ blow it all over pulling it back towards you. Too bad I didn’t use it this much right away and can’t return it now. I can’t deal with a vacuum that constantly has to be unjammed and cleaned out at the bottom in order for it to do its job. I thought I was getting an upgraded vacuum, but I went back my much cheaper Bissell brand and I have never a problem with those in the past.
