Its works great for pet clean up and allergens highly recommended. Easy to use not very heavy and maneuvers well.

The vacuum is easy to assemble, has plenty of power, and is versatile in what you can clean with it. We caught it on sale, so that made it even better. Shark vacuums are the way to go!

I love this vacuum.We live in the country and have pets so we are constantly trying to keep our floors clean. I’ve tried so many other brands but none of them cleaned like this one. It’s so easy to empty the canister and the bristles have stayed free of hair.

I wanted a new vacuum to replace my 10 year old Dyson without breaking the bank. This one looked as if it had a good foundation of features and the price was right. Pros: 5 year Warranty! ( add one year when purchased with Visa/MC it performs well with good vacuum power. Has the Hepa air filter Large clear collection compartment that’s easy to take in and off and easy to clean 2 attachments that are stored ON the vacuum Handle pulls out easily to become an extension for fans, stairs and crevices (2 onboard attachments included) Cons: I little bulky but lightweight, stores easily. NO light- I really like my vacuum to have a light to see dust and dog hair when vacuuming. Power cord is manually wound which isn’t that big a deal. Overall this is a good vacuum for well under $200. The 5 year warranty negates the few features I wish it had.

Not our first Shark This has incredibly good suction. The tank does not separate from the handle, so no going under low furniture. The crevice tool seems not to be able to actually mount to the unit. Not sure I would buy again based on these two issues but I was in a hurry.

Another case of 'shrinkflation' - cost cutting that just leaves you with less. I replaced an older model and was shocked to find this one does not include a headlamp and the cord is much shorter. The power/mode switch is down on the canister area instead of conveniently at your thumb. Moving through an area with hardwood floors and area rugs is a major pain - the switch is in a horrible location. It's also not suitable for some tasks as the roller brush always turns now. It's all but impossible to see in areas with shadows. I'm constantly moving the cord to a different outlet. These were probably cost cutting measures, but for me it makes the product all but useless. I regret purchasing it.

Item arrived damaged and Sams made return virtually impossible. Initial pickup arrived before unit had been revoked. Was told they would come back up to two more times. Never showed. Spent over a week trying to get them back to collect it with them suddenly unable to reach me on my phone they had successfully called previously making it impossible to arrange collection. Offered to take it back to store in frustration and they said not an option since collection had been set up. Clearly SAMs has a long way to go in the online shopping arena. For now they should stick with big box stores and I will stick with Amazon for online.

so I initially needed a new vacuum cause my old one broke and since I've had this vacuum it has one huge issue. first it always seem to get clogged like the suction isn't strong enough. everytime I use this vacuum not even 5 mins in it gets clogged. it's not even productive to clean with this vacuum. I wish I would've read the reviews before I bought this. DO NOT BUY THIS VACUUM if I could I would return it but it's too late for me unfortunately.

PROS: Good suction CONS: Not ergonomic at all. Very hard to maneuver; Deceptive photos - shows canister releasing from stand and it does not. I wanted that for stairs; Carpet setting is not adjustable (low pile, high pile); When using bare floor setting on hardwood, the "dirt' on the floor just shoots out the back of machine. Will be returning for sure.

Got this vacuum to replace an older shark it did not last 6 months and the suction is a nonexistent now. Filters, tubing, and canister have been kept clear. Very disappointed. It worked well for several months but is not work the money if it cannot even last a year.
