Great vacuum for the money. Pretty lightweight with powerful suction. Carpet looks really good after using this vacuum. Having a dog, his hair had a history of collecting around the roller. No More!! It’s great!!

This is the second version of this vacuum and the first lasted about 8-10 years before little things started to failed. The new vacuum has great suction and it easy to use than older version.

I previously had a Shark, better model & I liked it. I bought this model in haste. Power switch is in a bad spot, cord hook spacing too close together & cord holder doesn’t hold.

This is my 3rd Shark. It is not sturdy or well made like the others. It seems to be a cheaper made version of my other sharks. As far as suction it's okay.

The anti hair wrap on roller is my favorite thing about this vacuum. With my old vacuum I was having to give the roller a haircut almost every time I used it.

Very loud, suction nothing great. Use at the office so it will work…if it were for him use I would have returned it…I am a Shark vacuum fan but this one was just no st good as others I own or have owned

It was everything that was advertised. Easy to use. Easy to clean. And it took out all the old odors that was in the carpet. I would recommend this type of vacuum to anybody that has pets.

The attachments do not stay on. The attachment handles are not far enough away from the center of the vacuum. The vacuum itself works well except it's extremely hard to push on some of my carpet.

It works well, it has its pros and cons. There are cheap vacuum cleaners that you can press a button and the cord can be stored away by itself. This vacuum cleaner is made very cheaply and for the price I expected something better.

it’s louder than other vacs by shark but it’s got most all the shark features you want. I have a few of these in my janitorial business which I keep in smaller offices where I need something that’s lightweight. You can’t go wrong with these
