We have owned many older models of Shark vacuums and this one is not very good. It is supposed to be good for pet hair but the suction is suboptimal and it just is a very inferior vacuum. I am going to return it and purchase a different brand

I have tried all vacuums and shark is the only one I’ll buy now. The only thing about shark is they still haven’t figured out how to help us keep the attachments on the vacuum without falling off. The only reason for the 4 stars.

Lots of pet hair and i have longer hair. Always getting caught in roller. No longer with this new vacuum. I vacuum every day and can really appreciate a good vacuum. Easy to assemble and great for getting hard to reach spider webs high on walls.

Pet friendly vacuum helps keep the vacuum from clogging the brushes with hair, however as always, you must be careful of what you vacuum up. They cannot handle everything. That is a user problem not vacuum problem.

This vaccume could just skip across some of my carpet. Not sure if it is the self-cleaning feature or if it is too light. I have liked and bought other shark products for the last 8 years. Had to return this one.

Easy to use, love how it turns very easy and great suction picks up dirt both on carpet and floors very well. Only thing I would like if it had lights like some of the other Shark vaccums have.

Not as advertised doesn’t pick up as well as as advertised very hard to get into tight spaces and does not work well on hardwood floors, actually going to return it

it’s louder than other vacs by shark but it’s got most all the shark features you want. I have a few of these in my janitorial business which I keep in smaller offices where I need something that’s lightweight. You can’t go wrong with these

The attachments do not stay on. The attachment handles are not far enough away from the center of the vacuum. The vacuum itself works well except it's extremely hard to push on some of my carpet.

This is a great vacuum for the price. It’s very powerful and works great on carpet and hard floors. My only disappointment is that the handheld attachment doesn’t get stored on the vacuum itself. I would have preferred that.
