Great vacuum for the money. Pretty lightweight with powerful suction. Carpet looks really good after using this vacuum. Having a dog, his hair had a history of collecting around the roller. No More!! It’s great!!

Very loud, suction nothing great. Use at the office so it will work…if it were for him use I would have returned it…I am a Shark vacuum fan but this one was just no st good as others I own or have owned

The anti hair wrap on roller is my favorite thing about this vacuum. With my old vacuum I was having to give the roller a haircut almost every time I used it.

The attachments do not stay on. The attachment handles are not far enough away from the center of the vacuum. The vacuum itself works well except it's extremely hard to push on some of my carpet.

The Shark has great suction and does a good job vacuuming. I do not like the lack of an extension tube to use the hand vac to do things like the steps. They also need to return the on/off switch to the top of the machine.

This is the best vacuum I have ever had. We have bought the Dyson ball and other high-end vacuum cleaners that don't hold a candle to this one highly recommend.

Easy to use, love how it turns very easy and great suction picks up dirt both on carpet and floors very well. Only thing I would like if it had lights like some of the other Shark vaccums have.

so I initially needed a new vacuum cause my old one broke and since I've had this vacuum it has one huge issue. first it always seem to get clogged like the suction isn't strong enough. everytime I use this vacuum not even 5 mins in it gets clogged. it's not even productive to clean with this vacuum. I wish I would've read the reviews before I bought this. DO NOT BUY THIS VACUUM if I could I would return it but it's too late for me unfortunately.

Another case of 'shrinkflation' - cost cutting that just leaves you with less. I replaced an older model and was shocked to find this one does not include a headlamp and the cord is much shorter. The power/mode switch is down on the canister area instead of conveniently at your thumb. Moving through an area with hardwood floors and area rugs is a major pain - the switch is in a horrible location. It's also not suitable for some tasks as the roller brush always turns now. It's all but impossible to see in areas with shadows. I'm constantly moving the cord to a different outlet. These were probably cost cutting measures, but for me it makes the product all but useless. I regret purchasing it.

I really enjoy this vacuum. It works really well. I’m renovating my house and a lot of dust is produced from the work and unlike other vacuums this one can keep suction and power without having to clean the filter after 10 minutes. The only thing I wish it had is a retractable cord. I am happy I purchased.
