The anti hair wrap on roller is my favorite thing about this vacuum. With my old vacuum I was having to give the roller a haircut almost every time I used it.

Great vacuum for the money. Pretty lightweight with powerful suction. Carpet looks really good after using this vacuum. Having a dog, his hair had a history of collecting around the roller. No More!! It’s great!!

It was everything that was advertised. Easy to use. Easy to clean. And it took out all the old odors that was in the carpet. I would recommend this type of vacuum to anybody that has pets.

Easy to use, love how it turns very easy and great suction picks up dirt both on carpet and floors very well. Only thing I would like if it had lights like some of the other Shark vaccums have.

Works well. Because it's not a traditional brush roller, it is really loud, but I don't have to pull out hair from the roller so I'm good with that. I really wish there were LED lights on the front. I had a shark without lights and I loved it. When it died, I bought a Bissell. Hated it except for the fact that it had led lights on the front. Amazing! Now I'm coming back to shark because shark is better but this model unfortunately does not have LED. Some models do.. anyway I'm thinking of adding my own diy light strip. Still this vacuum is way better than my last (Bissell).

I really enjoy this vacuum. It works really well. I’m renovating my house and a lot of dust is produced from the work and unlike other vacuums this one can keep suction and power without having to clean the filter after 10 minutes. The only thing I wish it had is a retractable cord. I am happy I purchased.

I have used Dyson for years but this time I tried Shark and very pleasantly surprised. The machine is very powerful and cleans very well on hard wood floor, tiles and the carpet and the best part is there are no hair to clean on the road if you have a house full of ladies.

I also have a Shark Lift Away and in comparison, this one is heavier (still lighter than most), head doesn't have as much flexibility to go around things and the brush attachment doesn't stay in place, just removed it entirely. Big problem with Shark vacuums is that the cords are too short. Honestly not sure I'm going to keep this one.

Item arrived damaged and Sams made return virtually impossible. Initial pickup arrived before unit had been revoked. Was told they would come back up to two more times. Never showed. Spent over a week trying to get them back to collect it with them suddenly unable to reach me on my phone they had successfully called previously making it impossible to arrange collection. Offered to take it back to store in frustration and they said not an option since collection had been set up. Clearly SAMs has a long way to go in the online shopping arena. For now they should stick with big box stores and I will stick with Amazon for online.
