I have used Dyson for years but this time I tried Shark and very pleasantly surprised. The machine is very powerful and cleans very well on hard wood floor, tiles and the carpet and the best part is there are no hair to clean on the road if you have a house full of ladies.

Works well. Because it's not a traditional brush roller, it is really loud, but I don't have to pull out hair from the roller so I'm good with that. I really wish there were LED lights on the front. I had a shark without lights and I loved it. When it died, I bought a Bissell. Hated it except for the fact that it had led lights on the front. Amazing! Now I'm coming back to shark because shark is better but this model unfortunately does not have LED. Some models do.. anyway I'm thinking of adding my own diy light strip. Still this vacuum is way better than my last (Bissell).

Excellent suction easy to use and clean The vacuum is a little heavy lifting it but you can not tell vacuuming glides smoothly on floors and carpet.

This is my second Shark purchase. It's amazing how much dog hair it picks up. I love this vacuum cleaner

This is my third Shark vacuum. It is light weight and easy to handle. It picks up dog hair and everything else well,

Does work well but is kind of noisy scares the cats away LOL but so far so good! It’s only been about a month at this point.

It really sucks the stuffing as well as the dust mites out if the carpet and furniture. I heard these cleaned well, glad I found out how well.

The cord is way too short. I used to be able to plug in and vacuum most of my main floor. The only complaint I have is the dang cord.

It isn't as small as the one I had. It doesn't function as well. It's stiff with the movement of it. I don't care for it at all and i'm not happy

Cannister is too small. Power switch is in an awkward spot. Doesn’t pick up well when going from different floor types.
