It works well, it has its pros and cons. There are cheap vacuum cleaners that you can press a button and the cord can be stored away by itself. This vacuum cleaner is made very cheaply and for the price I expected something better.

This is my 3rd Shark. It is not sturdy or well made like the others. It seems to be a cheaper made version of my other sharks. As far as suction it's okay.

It was everything that was advertised. Easy to use. Easy to clean. And it took out all the old odors that was in the carpet. I would recommend this type of vacuum to anybody that has pets.

Very loud, suction nothing great. Use at the office so it will work…if it were for him use I would have returned it…I am a Shark vacuum fan but this one was just no st good as others I own or have owned

I have a Shark and am very happy with it, so when my daughter's vacuum cleaner died I bought this Shark as a gift. She loves it, as do her teenage sons who do most of the housework for her.

I have owned several Shark vacuum. They are a good price and last through the abuse they go through in a multiple dog household. Bought this one for my dog training business.

I've had great luck with Shark vacuums. However, this one doesn't hold a candle to my previous vacuums. The suction is weaker than a very old Shark I still own. It's very narrow and difficult to move around. It's very loud. No light on the front and a shorter cord than I expected. I will be returning this, which is a hassle since I live 60 miles from the nearest club. Very disappointed.

I really enjoy this vacuum. It works really well. I’m renovating my house and a lot of dust is produced from the work and unlike other vacuums this one can keep suction and power without having to clean the filter after 10 minutes. The only thing I wish it had is a retractable cord. I am happy I purchased.

I have used Dyson for years but this time I tried Shark and very pleasantly surprised. The machine is very powerful and cleans very well on hard wood floor, tiles and the carpet and the best part is there are no hair to clean on the road if you have a house full of ladies.

Love love love! Used it on an area rug where my little dog lays ask the time I didn't know my old vacuum had left so much behind.
