This is a fantastic little machine. It is small and compact. The 1st machine I bought was defective. As soon as I called the company, they addressed the issues and sent a replacement quickly! The machine makes my coffee quickly and well. I love my new machine!

This is the second replacement, both times the descale light would not turn off. When they sent this one the reservoir tank did not fit tightly against the machine. So I took the old one and used it. Maybe they need to look at doing the inspection of the product. All they did was tape it so it was against the machine instead of sending it back to production or got a different reservoir tank. Otherwise I love getting a cup when I want just one.

I received this product for Christmas. Within a week it stopped working. I got a replacement unit after calling Keurig. Less than a week later and the unit is not working correctly. No matter which size cup I select I get about an inch or so of coffee in my cup. I made sure there was no blockage where the water comes out. I am very disappointed in this product.

I received this a few weeks ago and outside of the fact that sometimes it gives different oz’s of coffee than what you chose, it been good. I find that 10 oz gives good flavor, not too strong and not too weak. We don’t have a whole lot of room, and it fits perfectly in our small space.

The “iced” setting still brews pretty hot coffee, just a smidge less hot. If you follow the instructions and brew it over a cup of ice you’re gonna have watery lukewarm coffee with no ice left. Makes more sense to just brew hot and wait for it to cool, so I may as well have gotten a different model. I do like the “strong” hot coffee setting though but I got iced for a reason!

I was very excited to get this as summer is right around the corner. I've owned several Keurigs, so imagine how surprised I was to find how cheaply made this model was. It looks ok, but feels very cheap and very plastic if that makes sense. It works fine for the iced coffee and I've tried several cups of hot as well. But the feel, the fact that I can't even push the iced coffee button without having to hold onto the machine or it tips... Very disappointed in the quality.

After having two other kinds of K-coffee makers fail, I hoped this K-Iced would be good. After only 3 months of use, it just stopped working. Keurig was good in replacing it, so I'm holding my breath to see how long this unit functions. It works well so far (as did the first one, until it ceased to function). I like the fact that it can brew several cups without changing the water canister.

This is my first time buying a coffee maker. I choose this product and model for it's feature to do iced coffee as well. I have to say my family and I love this coffee maker. It's is easy and convenient to use. We will never again use a kettle to heat up water to prepare coffee and or get hot water for other drinks. We are definitely Keurig customers for life and recommend this product to anyone. Great job Keurig! 😁👍

This is my forth or fifth Keurig. I have loved them all. Only negative is that they don’t last long. I follow all instructions but about a year is all I get out of them. Usually a little over a year, just past warranty is when they die on me. The last one I had only lasted about 4 months but customer service was wonderful. I had a replacement in a little over a week.

I have owned several Keurig coffee machines and have been happy with all of them. However, this coffee maker takes the cake! I love being able to make my own iced coffee that is just as good any I could get from the baristas. In addition, I am able to use the feature that brews my hot coffee stronger than I was able to brew before. Thumbs up!
