I love this machine. I currently have 3 Keurig machines in my home and I love the sleek design of this one. We have a single K cup in our basement and a dual upstairs. This is a great addition and with the sleek design, it doesn’t use a lot of space.

Disappointed with this machine. Although it is fast and coffee is hot, the degree of splattering and dripping is excessive and makes a complete mess of my countertop and cabinets - no matter which size or shape mug/cup I use. Keurig you could have done better.

Had an issue with the first K-Iced would not brew the proper oz push 8 and got 10 etc. and then would drip after removing the pod. Customer's service was excellent had us try several fixes and then sent us a replacement works ok but still drips slightly

I was a little skeptical at first, as Brew Over Ice has been off and on w/ Keurig for years. This time with the slow drip, thye have figured out how not to melt the ice! Using a dark Roast and filling up a 16oz Yeti to the top w/ice, it comes out cold from the get go. I do it at 10oz and add cream. Nice job Keurig Engineers!

I love my Keurig. I’m the only one in my house that drinks coffee and this single serve is perfect for me. I was as so sad when my previous one died after trying to descale it. When I called to see what to do and found I was still under warranty, it was as a great day. Thank you for quick service! I’m back having perfect coffee each morning.

This coffee maker makes great coffee and the feature for really tall cups is nice for cold brew coffee. My only complaint is that the color of the coffee maker is more of a purple than gray so if you are truly looking for a gray coffee maker you'll be disappointed in this color for sure. But the color obviously has nothing to do with the way this coffee maker operates.

My older, larger model started leaking water so I decided to get a more compact one to fit better on my counter top. Two small issues: 1) Plastic backing where cup sits is NOT rounded inward like the on the larger models so cups don't sit far enough back, and 2) Section where you put the K-cup in and the coffee comes out needs to be at least 1/2 an inch further out from the machine. Nozzles have the coffee pouring into the back of the cup instead of the center of the cup like on the larger machines.

This Keurig K Iced is one of the lesser expensive models by Keurig but still does its job, exactly as described. Mine stopped working within warranty, so I’m not sure if it’s because of its lesser quality or just a fluke. I’ve had a K Slim for I’d say approximately 5 years, which is much sturdier, of course more expensive, but is still running well except for it’s ’idiot’ descale light, which stays on, even after I have just cleaned it. I must mention here that I was very pleased & impressed by the excellent replacement service for my Keurig K Iced pot that I received from Keurig, which I believe I got because I purchased it straight from their official site. It was quick, no hassle whatsoever, the woman courteous & kind. Plus, I received my replacement in just a couple of days! I was told not to bother to return it & to just toss the old broken one instead! So pleasantly surprised!

Well, this is my 3rd Kuerig maker in as many months. The first one, I returned to the store: it broke within 2 days. My second coffee maker made it a little longer-- about 3 weeks or so. This is my 3rd one -- hopefully, for a while. My return process for warranty replacement was pretty painless. Moving on, if this one does not last.
