Had one before I really like it

I purchased the hot and cold brew and cold brew worked for 1 month then was only hot brew. I called and had new Hot and Cold brew sent to me and cold brew does not work. Very unhappy and disappointed.

I should not have been interrupted after investing so much twice, when it comes to coffee. Your company needs to manufacture their machines properly so that customers donet have to get a new coffee maker under warranty every 6 months.

I decided to try the new iced machine since I love iced coffee. I haven't tried that yet, but overall all it still works just like the others. I've owned a lot of them.

Love it and works amazing it's my first coffee machine so I went with Keurig not really a big coffee drinker but I do enjoy ice coffee from time to time so this is perfect for me and easy to use!

Had I week and already it didn't work right. Wasted 2 kcups and it would not make water come out to fill cup. Made alot cheaper than my old. Funny thing they still sell the other one I returned,and the sent me this smaller one.

I JUST NEED MY DAILY ICED TEA AND OR ICED COFFEE ! I HAVE A K- ELITE THAT IS STRICTLY FOR MORNING WAKE ME - UP !! BUT NOW I HAVE A K - ICED JUST FOR AFTERNOON AND EVENING TIME !!! EXCELLENT ANYTIME SERVER .

So far so good. I did assume with it being Hot/Cold, the setting for cold would have (at the least) room water temp. Prepare to use lots of ice. Nice option though

My husband likes hot coffee and I like it iced. This machine does both wonderfully and we couldn’t be happier. I also enjoy being able to put more than 1 cup of water in at a time.

Very convenient, especially when I want just one or two cups of coffee. I like that it easily makes a cup of regular hot coffee as well as a cold cup of coffee.
