This Simple design is easy to use and it is compact so takes up less space than other models. I love to make iced coffee and teas but still have my hot coffee in the morning. This does both features so nicely. The style allows you to put a fairly tall mug or keurig cup of ice under without removing the drip tray. I bought this as a secondary brewer but decided to use it with summer here… I use more iced tea and coffee ….This is a great little brewer and the 3 cup sizes along with a brew over ice, are all I need .

Well, this is my 3rd Kuerig maker in as many months. The first one, I returned to the store: it broke within 2 days. My second coffee maker made it a little longer-- about 3 weeks or so. This is my 3rd one -- hopefully, for a while. My return process for warranty replacement was pretty painless. Moving on, if this one does not last.

Disappointed with this machine. Although it is fast and coffee is hot, the degree of splattering and dripping is excessive and makes a complete mess of my countertop and cabinets - no matter which size or shape mug/cup I use. Keurig you could have done better.

I haven't had this machine very long so I can't speak on how it will be with long term use, but it's a very slim design, love the color. The coffee brews very fast. Compared to some other brands and even older model keurigs I think it's pretty quiet.

My K-Iced coffee maker is great for making my iced coffee; it's so quick and easy! With my older Keurig, the ice would melt too quickly and I had to keep adding more. This new Keurig makes delicious iced coffee without the hassle! And, it's got a smaller footprint so it fits nicely on my kitchen countertop!

Mine failed after 2 months. I no longer had the receipt. I called customer service and they wonderful. I followed some simple instructions and they sent me a knew one within a week. Best part was my call was answered promptly. Best customer service ever!! I’ve owned Kuerigs before and they were great. This one breaking was just a fluke. Great Product!

We purchased this coffee maker to replace our original Keurig that was gifted to us in 2010. We wanted the strong brew feature, we’re intrigued with the ice brew feature and liked the idea of a smaller footprint. Amazingly it seems that the new water reservoir is the same size as the original. Much easier to refill also. Love the strong brew and iced coffee features. What’s really cool is not having to wait between brews or even for the initial brew in the morning. Great product!! And the price was great.

Works like a charm. Coffee is hot, ounces are correct (except when making ice coffee, which dispenses 4, 6, 6 ounces instead of 8, 10, 12 ounces), heats very quickly, nicer space saver, love the three cup water tank, stylish, setup and instructions are very easy. Just a great cup of coffee in under two minutes. Well worth the money! On the shipping side, not happy. I don't understand why Keurig had to ship it in three large boxes when one or two would have been sufficient. It is bad enough the k-cups are an environmental disaster, shipping shouldn't be. I grind my own and utilize a re-usable pod.

The “iced” setting still brews pretty hot coffee, just a smidge less hot. If you follow the instructions and brew it over a cup of ice you’re gonna have watery lukewarm coffee with no ice left. Makes more sense to just brew hot and wait for it to cool, so I may as well have gotten a different model. I do like the “strong” hot coffee setting though but I got iced for a reason!

I was very excited to get this as summer is right around the corner. I've owned several Keurigs, so imagine how surprised I was to find how cheaply made this model was. It looks ok, but feels very cheap and very plastic if that makes sense. It works fine for the iced coffee and I've tried several cups of hot as well. But the feel, the fact that I can't even push the iced coffee button without having to hold onto the machine or it tips... Very disappointed in the quality.
