I ordered this because my 3rd machine died (after 3-4 years each) and while the machine is great and very stylish it is not heavy enough. I say this because when you are ready to brew and push the size button the machine slides on the counter. I would suspect that different pads on the bottom would prevent this but I am surprised this was not discovered in testing

Works like a charm. Coffee is hot, ounces are correct (except when making ice coffee, which dispenses 4, 6, 6 ounces instead of 8, 10, 12 ounces), heats very quickly, nicer space saver, love the three cup water tank, stylish, setup and instructions are very easy. Just a great cup of coffee in under two minutes. Well worth the money! On the shipping side, not happy. I don't understand why Keurig had to ship it in three large boxes when one or two would have been sufficient. It is bad enough the k-cups are an environmental disaster, shipping shouldn't be. I grind my own and utilize a re-usable pod.

Mine failed after 2 months. I no longer had the receipt. I called customer service and they wonderful. I followed some simple instructions and they sent me a knew one within a week. Best part was my call was answered promptly. Best customer service ever!! I’ve owned Kuerigs before and they were great. This one breaking was just a fluke. Great Product!

I love this product so much! We had a regular keurig for quite a while, but I recently fell in love with iced coffee! After purchasing this, I drink like 4 iced coffees a day! My ice maker can hardly keep up! The coffee doesn’t come out cold, but it is not as hot as normal brewing. If you brew over a cup of ice, it is perfect!

I have a small work-in kitchen in my apt. My old white Cuisinart Coffee Maker served me well but was taking up too much room on my counter and I could not get the brown coffee stains out of the white plastic. I got tired of looking at it. The Keurig K-Iced takes up half the room. It looks cool in the Gray color and performs well. I have used it only to brew hot coffee so far. I’ve used Starbucks Caramel pods and I also purchased the My K-Cup Universal adapter new version to brew ground coffee from a bag of Dunkin Donuts French Vanilla. Both tasted great! I like that the water tank is transparent so I can sew how mush water is left and remember to dispose of it to prevent mold. When brewing via the My K-Cup, I fill it past the Max Line to the very too, I press the Strong Button and 10 oz. I get a delicious big cup of coffee. I tried filling it to the Max Line and it tasted too weak. When using pods, I press Strong and 8 oz because 10 oz comes out too weak. The only thing I don’t like is when the watee tank is less than half full, it won’t brew. The Add Water light blinks. That precludes me from using bottled water because I like to discard the water in the sink when I wash the filter. Other than that, I love this coffee maker.

ice and heat don't mix. If you do things right, you will enjoy longer. The unit really makes a cooler drink after hearting up the coffee. for more taste. Brew into your empty cup, then add. the ice. I also noticed that using the Keurig mug, the ice lasts three times longer, for a better drink.

I haven't had this machine very long so I can't speak on how it will be with long term use, but it's a very slim design, love the color. The coffee brews very fast. Compared to some other brands and even older model keurigs I think it's pretty quiet.

I have owned several Keurig coffee machines and have been happy with all of them. However, this coffee maker takes the cake! I love being able to make my own iced coffee that is just as good any I could get from the baristas. In addition, I am able to use the feature that brews my hot coffee stronger than I was able to brew before. Thumbs up!

So far I like it I love my iced coffee maker it's just when it comes to the descaling process is the problem that I have the most where my button sticks but other than that I love it and I'm very excited and thank y'all so much Keurig for sending me a replacement because I can't go without my coffee maker especially my iced coffee in the springtime thank y'all so so much for everything you all have done for me

This Keurig is the perfect size. It is slender and fits nicely under my cabinet and can be tucked away taking up very little storage. It has 3 cup sizes, which is great on the days you need an extra boost. The ice coffee feature is a plus! I highly recommend this Keurig Coffee Maker.
