Thank you for sharing your review and feedback! The K-Iced coffee maker brews 8, 10, and 12oz Iced beverages that are designed to account for ice melt. The Iced brew sizes will dispense half the volume of coffee (example: 12oz button dispenses 6oz of coffee) to give a final beverage size of 8, 10, or 12oz after ice melt. Love the size. Unfortunately doesn’t heat the water up well enough making the coffee a bit weak even when using strong function.

Just got our Keira 2 weeks ago and it’s supposed to be iced and hot. Our coffee is still hot even when we hit the iced button. Not happy at all

The Brew Over Ice feature on your K-Iced brewer will not dispense cold coffee; however, it will automatically adjust the brew temperature — starting hotter to help extract full flavor, then cooling down for less ice melt.
