They were very fast about getting a replacement sent out and didn't hassle about returning the broken unit.

Great compact machine. Love the gray color, blends well with my stainless appliances. Makes a delicious cup of joe with size options.

The replacement process was easy however, I was not happy. I had to take the replacement white because I had a gray originally.

This is a great little machine, better size and more light weight than the old machine I had. It’s quiet and makes great ice coffee and hot coffee.

I Like This Smaller Brewer Because It Is Smaller And I Am Able To Keep Both My Brewers On The Same Counter One On Each End Of The Counter.

This keurig replaced our last keurig which quit working. I like the iced coffee feature. New one doesn't always fill the correct ounce chosen.
