Overall I like this tv. It has really good picture quality when viewing slower moving pictures. It does get some motion blur on fast moving images. The audio sounds really good using my Samsung Q symphony sound bar. Only problem is I get some occasional static and glitching in the sound and have to re start the whole system occasionally. I have installed all new high speed hdmi cables but hasn't resolved the static issue. Kinda wish I went with a little higher up model but overall like this tv.

Not a bad TV, but it turns out there's *one* pixel in the middle of the screen that always stays white. It's not noticeable most of the time, but during darker scenes it's pretty annoying. I'd take the TV back for an exchange, but probably not worth the effort.

I got a Samsung plasma TV back in 2014, and ever since then, I've been hooked on their products, like their phones and smartwatches. My new 65-inch Crystal TV really shows how far display tech has come. It gives you an amazing, immersive picture that's super clear. The 4K resolution is awesome for gaming, and the 120Hz refresh rate makes everything so smooth. Plus, the sound on the Crystal TV is great – it fills the whole room, so I don't even need extra speakers or a soundbar. What else can I say about the 65-inch Crystal TV? Lightweight, immersive sound, and top-quality picture – I'm all in on Samsung's ecosystem!

This is my 5th Samsung TV and I've loved them all. My only recommendation would be to restore the old remote as the new style remote is too small to read and lacks all the features of my other Samsung TV remotes. The picture is much improved as are all the new Samsung products.

Overall it is a so so tv, had it for 2 years and issues popping up all the time. Started with clear thin horizontal line near bottom of screen, looks like a line of pixels have gone out Next volume will just suddenly drastically go down and controller can't adjust it, have to turn tv off and back on to fix. Next the picture will freeze, sound continues as normal with a frozen image. Again have to restart tv to fix Always liked Samsung tvs but when I purchase next one an 85” this coming Black Friday am seriously thinking of changing brands Thanks

This television is nothing short of breathtaking! I'm a Samsung guy through and through and it's ALWAYS paid off. This thing is massive and looks ravishing on my wall. The picture quality is absolutely exquisite. The blacks are deep black and the colors are so good that watching anything even old standard definition media looks sharp and crisp. I'm not much for doing reviews but I'm so blown away at the quality of this thing that it deserves to be praised. If you're on the fence let me help you......GET ONE! My bet is that you will be as satisfied or more than I am.

One of the most important topics that I would like to review is the brightness. I am impressed the quality of the pictures that make the images appear extremely clear. What stands out for me specifically is the contrast and the brightness because due to a brain injury I had to turn the brightness down. The contrast of the images allowed the picture quality to remain clear; hence satisfactory uniformity while managing the brightness. Furthermore, I tend to keep the brightness to a minimum while viewing at night to relax the nervous system. My TV is over 6 years old so the responsiveness of my TV may be a tad bit on the delayed side. To be honest, I am not sure if it is due to the remote; however, there is a little delay noted when navigating from the home button. I am very satisfied with my tv's resolution as it pertains to upscaling. I'm not a resolution gurue, so I'm probably not the best person to ask. I can say that I am more than satisfied with the clarity of the images as if they are one step away from being in the room with me. Due to the fact that I have other TVs in the household made from other manufacturers, I am in a position to make a clear distinction of what I prefer going forward. With that said, I will stick to purchasing Samsung without hesitation.
