Picture is absolutely great. Would have given it the fifth star except for the sound. In the bedroom, we have to have it all the way up to 70+ to hear it clearly. Thinking about a sound bar but don't know which would work in correcting volume and it must be controlled with DirectTV's controller. Our older Samsung has better sound and volume set at 30-40.

I have always loved Samsung and this 65 inch crystal under 8000 colors are bright and the tv is clear and the smart functions are great and the tvs performance in outstanding. The smart features respond fast and the contrast is great. I would recommend this tv.

I've personally always gone with the Samsung brand when it comes to tv's and this one is no different. It gives me everything that I ask for. Beautiful brightness within the led screen, the picture quality is immaculate, the refresh rate is fast so I don't get any lag within the picture, and the best part about it is I partnered it with the Samsung sound bar with subwoofer and I use my tv everyday I would never choose another brand!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not sure what is going on with it, but it was working fine then went dark on us. We can no longer see the picture but can hear the sound. Even the sound we do hear is breaking up. We called and they are supposed to come out soon but we still don't have a date yet. Lukily my other two samsung TVs are doing well and are way older! I am glad for that!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this 50” for my bedroom because I had just got a Samsung qled for the living room and was super-impressed. I love how Samsung uses SmartThings so I don't have remotes all over the place. I'm older so sometimes I become a deer in headlights with new technology. But these tv's are very easy to use. Set up was easy. Image quality is exceptional. I used to avoid watching sports at home, and now I love it. I have even been going back and re-watching my favorite movies. I have even gotten rid of my external tv devices: These TVs just streamline everything. I have other brands at work, but if I ever need to replace them I'd definitely go with Samsung.

Do not purchase a Samsung TV. My remote became faulty after about 2 months and it was very difficult to navigate through apps, menus, etc. I contacted Samsung and after a lot of trouble shooting and being on a chat for almost 2 hours the problem was not resolved. I requested a replacement remote with a Mic (a small upgrade for my inconvenience) and Samsung would not honor my request. Even after chatting with a Supervisor they still would not honor my request due to Samsung's policies. Please think twice about purchasing any Samsung product

Color and resolution are very good for an extra tv we use in the basement. We were not looking for a great looking tv, just one to replace an older flat screen. This Samsung fit our needs. Only bummer is that the tv sound is not that great; so I connected it to our bluetooth sound bar and that helps to compensate for the tinny tv sound. Overall, very good tv for the price we paid.
