[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is AMAZING, The brightness, the contrast, the uniformity across the screen even the responsiveness of the changes in light to dark or dark to light seens is crazy good! If you're looking for a great quality TV that has an amazing picture and response great to changing seens, buy a Samsung! You will not be disappointed!!! Also I have a Samsung surround sound that has a bar speaker with two surround speakers and a floor bass that is CRAZY watching movies with!

I absolutely love my new TV ❤️ you can't beat the quality of a Samsung TV, the brightness, contrast, responsiveness and the color is so vivid! It is just Amazing quality. I would definitely recommend this brand to anyone looking for a quality TV. I haven't had a new TV in a long time and I just blown away by all of the Options and how easy it was to connect to my Internet and load my special channels on it. I just think Samsung so much for their wonderful product and I'll never buy another brand. Thank you so much from this old granny in Alabama I am now your number one fan.

Great picture! I have a DirecTV tuner and an Apple TV connected to two of the HDMI ports. When I turn the TV on, it usually goes from the home screen to whatever I was last watching, then waits for the other HDMI device to be powered up. Can this be fixed in one of the menus?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how bright it is, I love the colors, they pop really well, very vibrant, the blacks are pretty good for this kind of screen, the upscaling is actually pretty solid and its pretty quick, responsive.

The TV itself is beautiful. Very clear and bright. But the description for me is false. It says it has Built In Alexa but actually you have to buy a Firestick or an Echo to access Alexa. So very misleading. The remote is poor. No guide was included to tell you what all these buttons do. Some are self explanatory but some is a guessing game. Actually I hate this little remote. Hard to figure out all the functionality of the TV itself as of course no guide included. I know you can look online but for me so much better to have a copy in your hands. Am not in a position to spend more money so no Alexa for me. So what is built in Alexa?

The picture is real good but the user interface on the tv is one of the worst I’ve had it really seems like you don’t want your customers to use a Roku box or any external streaming device I guess I should not have gotten a smart tv and maybe saved some money but my old Samsung that I got in 2015 that I no longer have was way easier to use and navigate settings and stuff like that

Excellent picture, decent sound. However, it feels like there is more of a lag than I've been used to when switching between apps, changing channels, etc. I wish there was an online option for adding apps or deleting channels and channel groups. And I'm not real keen on the remote - sure, it's sleek and all that but I think I will buy a universal remote to use instead. This TV is a big step up from my previous TV and the price was amazing, but all things considered I'm happy enough but not excited about this purchase.

I feel very mixed on my Samsung TV. The picture quality is decent, however the responsiveness is really poor. Inputs have a drastic delay when navigating menus. There are also too many ads and suggestions forced into the home screen. It makes it very difficult to find the shows and movies I want to watch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the overall picture quality of the TV is good but it's responsiveness and any usage of the Alexa feature is garbage the search feature in general is terrible the remote is ridiculous the remote is ridiculously sensitive if I leave it alone for even 5 Seconds it wants to put on some random show on regular television and it's just generally really annoying

I hate this tv!! Will never buy another Samsung! Most of the time audio and picture are not in sync. Some apps like PBS volume is so low I have to crank it up to 70 to barely hear. Over the air viewing with my antenna sucks. If a station doesn’t come in right away it deletes it and I have to rescan for channels.
