I questioned if there was even a TV in the box! Remote is a little different but you get used to it. Sound , picture is great. More app options

Setup was quick and easy, and the smart features are smooth and responsive. Sound quality is clear, though adding a soundbar makes it even better. I mean I tried Spotify and it worked so far like it just so the albums of the songs that i'll play (which i'm okay with) but I couldn't connect it to YouTube it wasn't casting or like screen showing of me trying to even get it to work on the TV though.

The picture is absolutely perfect, bright, vibrant and I feel like I am right there with everything we watch. The sound is amazing. The only thing we Hate is the Remote that came with it. The volume button is annoying and difficult to use. I don't know who created this remote, but it is Not user friendly and is stupid. Also very very small and hard to see what buttons are for what. Also, I just wanted to upload a picture of our remote and am not able to, You have a section for this but not able to upload.

The visual quality is sharp, vibrant, and makes movies, sports, and gaming look amazing. I also love the personalized user settings that let you adjust the picture exactly how you like it. The automatic updates keep everything running smoothly without any hassle. One of my favorite features is being able to use my phone as a remote when I can't find the actual remote — super convenient! Overall, a great smart TV with excellent features and an easy-to-use experience.

Sometimes I have to hit buttons multiple times to get something to work, only for it to suddenly work and then I have now hit the button too many times. Overall, a fantastic TV, though!

I like that you can customize multiple set settings for each user and time/lighting of the day. My only complaint is the remote no longer has the number buttons, the buttons make pins more discrete when typing infront of children.
