I usually use my associated device to access programming. TV takes control and forces streaming which I don't want instead of starting with my Direct TV system. I also have a soundbar which it fights me to use. It does not want me to use the connected soundbar also , when I turn the TV off, it always comes back on by itself. Find it very frustrating.

So far so good after 2 weeks. Picture quality good, personally feel too many adjustments within the TV settings and adjusting them had very little discernible effect on any picture . Some moved quite a bit and 4 people in the room was asking if I was actually adjusting that particular setting . Do not like the remote at all. I used the remote for my 2019 model, with no issue, pointed at TV, worked like a charm. Time will tell...

The brightness and contrast is the next I've ever had from all of my tvs over the years. I love how I'm able to quickly hook it up to my phone. My laptop. My speakers. Love how quickly the response to everything is is . Smooth fast and clear The contrast color sound etc stays the same over time never wears out . Over the 2 years I've had it is still the same as the day I bought it. Over 25 years I've bought nothing but Samsung and for the next 25 years I'm still only going to buy Samsung It's the best TV out there you get high quality without paying how prices. I recommend Samsung all day long

I do love my TV and I have always trusted Samsung. My 75" TV gets allot of use because it's in my room. It's just not the easiest to understand. It's not anything major i just feel like it could be more self explanatory in some areas. For the price, it's a wonderful purchase

Unfortunately The technology on the Samsung Is very difficult to deal with and not user-friendly. I've had my TV for 6 months and the recent software update has really messed up my settings . Trying to fix it has been extremely difficult. Yes, I'm 72 but it doesn't have to be this difficult. Do better Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The colors are very bright, excellent quality picture for that size, actually quite surprised because I also have a QLED, and it gives my QLED a run for its money if you will, but overall very good quality, will definitely be purchasing another one

This Samsung 50" is working well, so far. Hopefully it will last longer than 13 months, like the last one did. It is the exact size and model we bought May 27, 2025. Nice color and sound. Bought the warranty this time, so I'm covered. If this goes out with problems, and the warranty doesn't cover, NEVER again will I waste my money on a Samsung. My LG in the kitchen is 8 years old and is working fine.

The product was a huge upgrade, since going up from using a very humble smart tv to using a samsung tv made a huge diference the contrast is much better, you can acctualy notice the fast responce the shape too is a lot better the materials are much fancier

Do not purchase a Samsung TV. My remote became faulty after about 2 months and it was very difficult to navigate through apps, menus, etc. I contacted Samsung and after a lot of trouble shooting and being on a chat for almost 2 hours the problem was not resolved. I requested a replacement remote with a Mic (a small upgrade for my inconvenience) and Samsung would not honor my request. Even after chatting with a Supervisor they still would not honor my request due to Samsung's policies. Please think twice about purchasing any Samsung product
