As I stated, everything is good, except the sound. The speaker is terrible. We had a service man come out to show us what to do to get all the features operating since we have never had a TV that does so many things, and for every question we asked him, he had to CALL SOMEONE on his mobil phone to get the answer. Next time, I guess we will have to get help from our neighbors who own Smart TVs.

Samsung always delivers a great product out of box with minimal adjusting for my own preferences on the picture settings. UI is one of the easiest to use from my experience. Though I use a sound bar with this TV, the built in speakers are satisfactory for most everything, unless you really just need to feel the earth shake beneath you during those big exciting scenes in the movie your watching or game you're playing. I've been buying Samsung TV for ages now, and I have yet to be disappointed.

The TV seems to be defect free, no major or obvious construction and as usual the instructions are very clear. This is I believe my third or fourth TV purchased. A 55" for my mother's apartment an aficionado of the Asian soap operas. Another for myself. Very bright a huge help for a person like me in my retirement, and the interface and remote control works well, as usual it took some time access all the feature. The high contrast help during the daytime when the windows were open and a high enough refresh rate to play a decent game. Not sure of the upscaling, although the details were very vivid, so that might be the upscaling at work. All in all, a pain free installation and for the moment enjoyable experience using this model.

The beautiful picture quality and great motion handling with fast response times make for a great gaming experience. Also great for PC use because of low input lag and responsiveness. Sound is great, you don't even need a soundbar because it's so loud and clear while volume is set less than 25%.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently the screen has developed 2 white spots I think dead pixels, each one about the size of a half dollar, very distracting and I hope it doesn't get any worse. I own 3 Samsung TVs and was usually very happy with them but now I don't believe I will be purchasing another Samsung TV.

This television has a very good picture and great sound. I use it in my bedroom and it is perfect for that room. I also have a Samsung 65" UHD tv in my living room. I have not been able to find a tv with a better picture than either one of these tvs.

There is some great apps added but it is very confusing to navigate the platform. I also added an app but can't figure out how to access it without hitting search each time. Not as user friendly as I would like. Too much on the main screen and can't quite figure out how to personalize to our needs. Also struggling to find an app to watch our Seahawks games without paying for a major streaming service. And my workout app is not supported with Samsung which I bought a Samsung tv just for my workout room. Because everything else in our house is Samsung.

Perfect smart tv for all our streaming services…quickly accesses all apps. The view is amazing and we haven't even locked in the full experience with 4k YET… large tv fits standing on our entertainment center with the legs that can attached on the inner position. Forget all the cords for added streaming this does it all. We have a fairly small living room but the size is great and fills in the area nicely

There are no instructions on how to use this tv. I would not buy a Samsung again. Ridiculous not to have instructions on how to move around, get new apps, etc etc. Picture is great, but what good is it when you cannot find what you want. AND THIS IS THE THIRD OR FOURTH TIME I HAVE RESPONDED TO THIS RATING AND NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME BACK.
